The service exceeded expectations I’ve been to Valvoline, Take 5, Speedee, etc and no one has given customer service like they have. They got me in and out with in 25 minutes with about eight different add ons, they did a lot for me that I never expected. All questions answered and weren’t pushy about getting things, and let me know to call if I needed any additional help. They showed teamwork and customer service to a T.

I'm in Love with that location on Callaghan. The best customer service. That's the only one I go to and will continue to. All my cars I've had I have gone there.and will always continue to go. Thank you for all your wonderful employees 💖

On my last visit to Jiffy Lube, on Callaghan Rd in San Antonio, I was showed the fill bolt on the differential and was shown metal shavings on the end of the bolt. That is actually a good sign because the magnet on the end of the bolt is working. I declined service and advised I would take care of it myself. The following week I serviced differential. Removed the rear plate, drained the old fluid, cleaned all components with parts cleaner, cleaned all surfaces and installed new gasket, replaced rear plate. I was unable to remove the fill bolt. I even attempted to remove it with an impact wrench to no avail. I was able to apply enough heat to release the bolt only to find threat locker on the threads of the bolt. Not a happy camper.
