Literally one of their only jobs is to safely change the oil. Found a pool of oil under my truck after visiting and the drain plug loose to the touch. I immediately drove it back. They told me it was tight, which is an absolute lie. There was also a rag left hanging off my differential. Either my motor would have run dry or I would have had a fire due to an oily rag. For $156.00, I expected more.

While it’s still a requirement, it’s a great place to get an inspection done! Had a problem with my horn, I knew why, but didn’t have the tools to fix it, they were happy to help. I was on my way in no time!!!

I have been to this location before and had a good experience. Today, I went for an oil change, and they recommended a tire rotation (which was needed). It was not very busy but it took them about 30 minutes before they looked at my car and made recommendations. I agreed to the tire rotation and asked how much longer it would take. They said 20-25 minutes, but it took almost an hour and my car was left sitting there without anyone working on it for a good portion of that time. They did give me a $10 off the bill for the wait. However, 10 minutes after leaving, my car notified me that my tires had lost pressure. So now I’m sitting in a long line at discount tire to get my pressure checked - even though I just spent almost an hour and a half at Jiffy and paid for them to handle this exact thing. Not the end of the world, but incredibly inconvenient.

Look for coupons on their website. I like that they fill up all fluids and air tires. They are not pushy when trying to upsell.

Took 50 minutes for my safety inspection with 2 cars ahead of me. Your inspection time would decrease if you weren’t checking customer’s cabin and engine air filters to try to sell customers BS. Checking air filters is not part of a safety inspection. Is that why you kick customers out of the car during the inspection?
