These guys knocked it out of the park. I’m an uber driver so I end up frequenting a lot of service stations due to the oil changes as well as the yearly vehicle inspections. They were all so kind and even hooked up an extra discount!! (You can download coupons online). I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location, as I was not so impressed with the Rosecrans location, since someone forgot to fill out a line on my last vehicle inspection (and uber didn’t accept it when I tried to upload it, so I had to double back). I will likely just come to this Garnet location going forward after the exceptional service today. Thank you so much.

I love Jesus and his helpful and informed crew. I was however concerned that they did not top off my engine fluid. They said that it was b/c it was a hybrid. I'm sure a large % of cars in PB are hybrid. Upon leaving and needing to spend $22 on a gallon of engine fluid, needing only 1 cup, I began to wonder if they checked or topped off any of the other fluids. As nice as they all are, this was upsetting.

I’ve seen several reviews regarding the same issue. Be careful and ask if they use the EVAC process - they changed my son oil using this process now back in Northern Cal and I called 4 Jiffy lubes and none of them knew about it / we have no where to get the oil changed because no one will touch it🤨

The manager did his job trying to selling me 400%-over-value filters, but he was honest when I told him what I could buy them online for, and offered to install the ones I bought for me. The tech gave me a heads-up before I left that the bottom of my car might scrape if I used the street exit, and told me how to avoid that problem by taking the alley. Both were genuinely nice guys.

The technician forgot to top off my windshield fluid. During my road trip to Montana, a heavy snow storm reached me. While driving in ice cold conditions, my windshield could not be cleaned of road slush (from vehicles & semi trucks ahead of me). This made it very difficult to drive & I could've crashed. I had no choice but to drive extremely slow to the next service stations (that were far and few) & clean my windshield then. This could've all been prevented if I had my fluids topped off as I was told it was included with my oil change.
