Anthony and Billy did an excellent job. The communication with me and each other was super precise and professional. The whole process was smooth and easy. Appreciated that they showed me the air filter (needed replacing) and kept in constant contact through their process. Highly recommend.

I went in for a oil change and used a coupon to get some additional things checked. Samuel B. was very professional and made sure that the work that was done on my car was accurate and complete. He was very nice. Not trying to upsell things that I didn't need. It was done in a timely manner and I drove away very happy. I definitely will be back again.

I was helped today by Billy and Anthony they did an oil change on my car. They were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond on my car they checked things on my car that I didn't even ask for, but I appreciate it so much. They were both very amazing and definitely recommend them.

This location sucks. Also the number only rings once and then hangs up customer service is poor would not recommend. Another customer gone. Poor service

I came in late on Saturday with an AC problem and the staff jumped right on it to start diagnosing it. Within 30 min they had an assessment, and even though they couldn’t fix the complex repair at this shop. Mario the supervisor referred me over to a nearby shop that took my vehicle in despite them being close to closing time. All of the staff were very courteous and responsive! Great job! I would recommend.

Want friendly service? Roger took me in 15 minutes to 6 (closing) to check fluids. He patiently explained how to check fluids safely, when to change the air filter, and how often to do a flush. I liked that he was respectful and thorough. Update: I changed my oil in April. They gave me a deal so I changed it again, and also changed my wiper blades.

Came here to get an oil change, Samuel not only changed our oil but also checked to see what was making the concerning squeaking noise in our car. He was able to inform us about what it was and also let us know what needed to be changed other than our oil. Samuel was super quick and helpful. Never had any issues coming here to this jiffylube!

On a Saturday, Sports Arena JL had open schedule compared to downtown branch. Nearly as good, less experienced is all. Nice people, same price...bigger property.

Being a woman one kind of exspects that we don’t know anything about our cars and are easy to over charge because we wouldn’t know the difference. Well the gents at Jiffy Lube were not only fast neat and respectful they also didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions and applied coupons and discounts on the already excellent service. I will be back to the Jiffy Lube located on Rosecrans in Point Loma San Diego CA. Thank you for your fast and excellent service you provide…at a great price to boot

My battery died and I also needed an oil-change, so I had to come in last minute. I wasn’t having the best morning, but Mario helped me out. His genuine kindness, honesty and understanding really eased my mind and made me feel a lot better. I realize this sounds corny, but great customer service really does make a difference. I’ve had quite a fair share of poor customer service experiences/bad attitudes in my life (not only in the mechanic area, but doctor’s offices, etc.) and it truly does make a difference to receive quality customer service from someone who’s actually kind. Kindness DOES matter, especially in a world where it’s becoming obsolete…and it really made my day better. Every time I come here, the mechanics are so kind and understanding. Thank you!
