Excellent customer service BUT the price for oil change has doubled for “German cars” at least… lol What a joke. Anything to rip people off now days. How can an oil change go from $60 to $120 in 4 months? And don’t fall for that $20 coupon they offer, they have that because they raised the prices so much taking $20 doesn’t mean anything to them. Unreal.

They don’t require appointments, just drive in. Oil change was done very quickly. They even cleaned the windows and floor of my car, checked different stuff to make sure everything’s working. It was less than $100 with a coupon online. I’ll visit again!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and they tried to shake me down for a brake change that was unnecessary. I had just paid for all new brakes at Serramonte Subaru and then came to Jiffy Lube a month later for an oil change. The mechanic said I needed new brakes. When I questioned how that was possible, he said I needed only front brakes but that they were really bad. I took my Subaru to my favorite garage, Faxon Garage, and they said my brakes were all brand new. It doesn’t make sense to lose loyal customers by being dishonest and scammy. I will never be back to this place and will tell others to stay away also. There are enough bad actors in auto garages, especially how they try to scam women who they think don’t know any better. Y’all messed with the wrong one and lost a loyal customer.

You need to FOCUS on your job. And when your done, go back and confirm everything is done RIGHT. So I had to tell them that my ALL TERRAIN tire pressure is at 36. So they had to bring it back into the shop and fix the issue No problem. $42.00 a peice for 4 value caps. These were US Marine Corps and were given to me as a gift from a Colonial after my 22nd year. Am missing the 2 fronts.What that tells me is they were stolen YOU JUST FORGOT TO PUT THEM BACK ON.

I was visiting SF when my oil light came on in the middle of downtown. Thankfully their was a Jiffy Lube near by. The staff were awesome! Super kind and responsive!

Ihave recently had a synthetic blended oil change with the 26 dollar coupon. It was good until then. The problem started happening from next day that my vehicle never had before. My vehicle wouldn't start easily, it seems like a battery is low. But I found out the system symbols said starter has a issue which I never had problems with it befofore. As muxh I teust them what a disappointment !

Was able to do a drop in to have my car serviced. They were extremely professional and efficient! They even vacuumed the interior as a bonus which was a nice surprise. Will be going back again the next time my car needs maintenance!

Five stars for Juffy Lube on Van Ness Street! Every visit here is a breeze, thanks to their excellent service. Kenneth welcomed me warmly, jotting down my details with a smile. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. In less than 30 minutes, I was back on the road, enjoying the comfy waiting room with news on TV and plenty of seating. Wilson efficiently explained the payment breakdown and service details. Plus, they even cleaned my car! Leaving feeling confident, I highly recommend checking their website for money-saving coupons. I’ve never written an internet review in my life. That said, I got here at 4:32 for an oil change. No one in line and they close at 5pm. They refused to change my oil since they were closing. I’ve been to multiple jiffy lubes and it’s never taken 30 minutes. I get wanting to leave early on a Sunday, but it was pretty ridiculous. Apparently Jiffy Lube doesn’t do things in a “jiffy” and hates money. Never going to another one again.
