They took a couple of minutes, they were so fast that I'm not even sure if they changed the oil filter, they supposedly cleaned the windshield but it was dirty, the front tire pressure was low and the receipt said they checked them but they left them the same. In the end, $118.20 for such a bad service. I will never go back.

I am extremely disappointed with my service here. There was a lack of detail when having my car serviced and checking my tires pressure when I asked. I knew something was off with my car so I wanted them to check my tires and I wasn’t sure exactly what was up, but the very next day I got a flat tire on the high way and my tires were out of alignment causing the belt of the wheel to be visible. I can’t believe this went unseen by them and also not checked when the warning light was on in my car.

No wait, and the service was completed quickly. However, the technician who drove the car either smoked in the car, or just before getting in the car, so it smelled like an ashtray when I got in. Disgusting and shows no respect, IMO.

One of the employee was rude just because I asked a question to clarify something. Not a professional location. Won’t visit this place ever again and won’t recommend to anyone.

The service was great. Nice people, they made fair recommendations, and were very efficient. In and out in approximately 20 mins. I appreciate the 20% discount when I added on additional services (air filter, new wipers), but the initial cost of $120 for a synthetic oil change is high.

The best experience at Jiffy Lube camden, was greeted by Eduardo the technician and helped me through the whole process quickly and efficiently, and the rest of the jiffy lube team who conducted the oil change. Was recommend the necessary service and if you happen to have coupons, it helps a lot. They won another client, I highly recommend jiffy lube camden.

I do my own maintenance but I’m short on time and needed a fuel filter change on my Ecodiesel. 350$ are you guys insane? Takes less than an hour and it’s one filter.

I have never had an issue with service at the Camden/Hillsdale Jiffy Lube however I was reluctant to go there this time based on some negative Yelp reviews. I found the service to be excellent on my most recent visit this week. The young men working were friendly and efficient. I will definitely continue to use this location for my oil changes.

Told a noise concern was possibly a CV axle though a rear wheel drive car. Noise concern was due to my transmission fluid being low. Part of the inspection that is advertised yet wasn’t done. What else do they not do? Horrible attention to detail and job at hand. No idea how much they miss on YOUR car! Avoid like the plague as they have no idea how bad their laziness can affect your car.

Stopped in yesterday to have them check what I thought was an oil leak. Super friendly group of young men who were courteous and thorough. I sat in the waiting room and in no time at all, they came back to tell me that the oil was fine but that I had a radiator leak. They filled up the radiator and the reserve and told me to take it to my mechanic. They did not charge me for their time! Later, I noticed they vacuumed my car...so nice! This will now be my oil changing place of choice. Excellent service. Thank you!

Got exactly the oil change service I wanted. Appreciate that there was no “hard sell” for adding additional services. The car was vacuumed, windows washed, fluids topped off, and the tires were checked for tire pressure.
