Nice fellows but just a tad short of good. They did not remove the build-up of tree leaves that are blocking the intake opening for outside air. The leaves were very prominent and the fellows went out of their way not to knock them onto the engine. Perhaps the broom for sweeping the garage floor is missing.

A huge shout-out to John, Jesse and Jose for their exceptional service and customer care. I stopped by to get air in my tires and quote for A1 service of my Benz. This is the first Jiffy Lube that was so understanding, considerate and accommodating. They realized the tire pressure and made sure they top it up. As Jesse and Jose helped me, John was running the quotes for A1 and he was efficient with timing. John made sure i understood Service A1's Requirements and budget. John eased my insecurity of runing over the A1 deadline by 100-200 miles and he was like " That is Ok, you dont need to worry and car will be fine " I will always come back again. Ok, if you just need to get it done. But in my opinion it's very expensive for $30 in oil it's going to cost $140. I decided to do it myself.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on 1030 Saratoga Ave in San Jose and two gentleman helped me. Both their names were John. John B and John M. The two of them were the best employees I have ever interacted with at Jiffy lube. They were so kind and explained everything to me. They were the best! You should absolutely 100% value these two guys. I will always take my car back to them.

Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, air filters changed, wipers replaced- I was in and out in 30 minutes, and the guys hooked me up with a $50 off coupon. Excellent service and efficiency, will def go back as opposed to the dealership!

Oil and lube job was OK. After leaving the shop we noticed multiple stains on the interior upholstery. This is the first time we have gone to this place.

10/10 these guys were great. Went to 6 different shops to try and get my 2023 gmc 3500 dually with a camper shell in the bed to be worked on. Everyone said no. It’s too tall or heavy. Not these guys. Went above and beyond. Went out to get the oil and filter for my truck when they didn’t have it yet because it’s a newer truck. Great service.

I’ve been going to the Jiffy Lube on Saratoga Avenue for many years. The service guys are attentive, professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable and I am always happy with the job they do on my vehicle. They will perform other services, such as replace a light fuse, which is super convenient. I am a loyal female customer and will continue going there for my future car service needs.

They did an excellent job. Much better service that I got from a car dealer the previous time. Cleaned the windows and vacuumed too.
