Didn't honor a discount they gave from last visit because they were horrible last time. Let other customers go ahead of us even though we were next in line. Other customers that oil changes started after ours were done before ours. Incompetent and bad customer service. Go somewhere else if you can.

Customer since 10 years but that’s it.. jiffy lube now used either the old o ring or messed up adding a new one.. they are using some yellow sealant and smear it all over the drain whole… this resulted in oil dripping in my drive way. What bothered me the most was them lying when I came back to get it fixed. The staff blamed excessive oil leaks from other parts of the of the oil pan.. check out the pictures. The oil pan is clean and dry and oil is only coming from the plug

Great service..! Very professional and great working staff. Depending on the amount of clients, I was in and out within 30 minutes time. Get there early because this location gets busy real fast. I definitely would recommend this location. They even use the oil I prefer, which is pennzoil full synthetic. Again very professional and great working staff.

This is the first time I drove into a Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I was expecting long wait times and the usual 'racking up' the services I did not need. But the tech was very quick, checked me in right away, did exactly what I asked for, and I was out in less than 12 mins. Shocking and in a very very nice way.. :-) Also, at this location, I really appreciated that the service area and the customer seating area had a glass panel and I could clearly see what the technicians were doing. Builds a LOT of trust and shows the confidence that Jiffy has in its sites. Please keep that up.
