I had an unplanned need for a new set of tires and David treated me like family from the moment I walked in. He gave me recommendations on tires, ranging from the ones I currently had, to ones that he would recommend. He kept my budget in mind and provided exceptional service! I was informed throughout the whole process, and I had a new set of tires in an hour. I would highly recommend David and his team for all your tire needs!

I was able to get my winter tires changed very quickly after arriving as a walk in. The service was done within 15 minutes and the techs put the summer tires back in the storage bags and back in my SUV for me.

This was my second time going to this Jiffy Lube. I received even better customer service than the previous. The guy that helped us at the register was very kind and very generous. He was very personable and talked to us about his amazing children and did everything in his power to make sure our car was safe to drive. I’m a young first time mom with a piece of garbage car, they did everything they could to help us out while also trying to keep the cost down for us because they understood the situation we were in and wanted us to have a safe vehicle to drive out baby around in. This is not some lame oil changing service where they will try to upsell whatever they can to get money out of you. These are good genuine people and I would highly recommend them.

Dropped off my car to get serviced and my invoice was $120 over what they said it was going to be. After looking at my invoice they did a lot more than the 2 services I asked for even after I told them I needed only the 2 services done at the cheapest rate and to give me a call if they did anything extra. I recommend not just dropping your vehicle off and make sure they’re not doing any extra without your knowledge.

Do not have your car serviced by this company or location. They are overpriced as compared to others, even with a "coupon" and still higher then the dealership where we normally take our vehicles. They will also up sell you on overpriced additives which are not needed. Also, they were really slow and had to wait there much longer than any other oil change has taken.

I went to this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change, and had a good experience. The employees were very professional and diligent, without being overbearing or loud in their manner, an annoyance I have experienced with a few other similar oil-change entities in Sheboygan. The service was good, and the cost was right. I would recommend this location to others for similar service.
