Jiffy Lube does not post their prices anywhere. Not at the business. Not at their website, nowhere. The only time you know what the cost will be is after your car has been pulled into the bay. The cost will be more than you think it will be because of shop fees and because every time you go there the price is higher.

Waited for an hour to even pull up for an oil change, then we waited another 30 minutes just for an OIL CHANGE, after this it had taken them about 20 minutes to close the hood on the car. Do NOT go here.

I called in before they closed and I asked if they could change a light bulb for me. He said, "come on in and we can get it taken care of.' well I got there in time and they twisted it and it turned on again and didn't need to be replaced. They also asked if I wanted to top of my fluids and tire pressure for no charge. Thanks for being honest because now I will be back in for sure.

I have been here a few times and I feel they are always trying to sell me something I don’t need. Even after I have told them no multiple times they keep pushing.

So fast and so friendly! I literally have never gotten my oil changed so fast and they walked me through everything my car could use changed like my CVT oil and topping of my coolant. Would recommend this location!

The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The price was good for the work I had done. They did a fine up for me and changed out a coil on my car all in under an hour.

The technician broke my bug shield and offered to glue it like that would hold in the wind and after I paid and was trying to leave, when I got in my truck the glove box had been removed to change a filter and I had to go inside to request that someone come finish the job I already paid them to do. I would not bring a bicycle into this location much less a vehicle

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. I pulled in for a tire rotation and oil change and they had it done and out the door in 15 minutes. They checked all the routine inspection points and sent me on my way. I cant recommend this location enough. Duvish, Reno, Tristain and Brandon were thorough and genuine and i cant say enough nice things.

They were quick and good at communicating but when I got home and parked my car it leaked about a quart of oil on my driveway overnight because the oil filter wasn’t screwed on tight enough.

Went in to get brakes fixed, was told to wait for a car in the bay to be finished and to come back later. Called to check in and was told they needed an additional 40 minutes. I came in at the time they told me and the person checking in cars wouldn't listen to what I was saying and said they may not get to me today as others were in front of me. I drove with only the back brakes working and they knew this. I will not go back to this location as they don't follow through with what they say and won't listen to the customer. After sending me away and my driving in a broken truck, they called to say it was a misunderstanding and to come back. Still won't ever go back to this location.

Your website clearly states emission testing is done at your location but after driving to your location was told that you don’t do them. Maybe update your website to reflect the ACTUAL services you offer. Just a thought.
