My daughter and I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and Breanna let me know there were other repairs I needed done. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold like I do at other places. She explained why certain services were needed and answered all of my questions with a genuine smile. She seemed very knowledgeable.

It’s hard to find an inspection place in the city. They are kind and knowledgeable here. It takes 45 minutes but they complete all the necessary steps and not a long wait time in the morning on Thursday. Come early because they don’t do them all day so you have to get in line.

It's what you expect from a drive-through oil change place. The staff is polite and quick. The one that handled me liked my card sticker. She was sweet, bubbly, quick, and polite.

Friendly and professional staff. I was pleasantly surprised that they showed me the old air filter after replacing it with a new one. I had not requested to see the old filter, but it was a nice show of honesty that demonstrated they actually replaced it. This should be standard practice in all auto mechanic shops.

Very kind, quick, and efficient! The staff were all friendly, all of them worked together on my vehicle and the receptionist took time to explain to me what was going on and what was being done.
