Terrible service. Idk what they did to my car. Really sketchy people. Won’t be coming here and not recommend it. Was there for an oil change. Idk what the heck they did to my car.

This location is always courtesy, professional, and reliable. I am happy with their service. I couldn't get my car repaired because it was an engine problem. They were so kind to move my car to a parking spot on their lot. I was even allowed to keep it there overnight. The next day, the tow service took over 2 1/2 hours, and they let me wait in their waiting area. Koodos to the Jiffy Lube on Manchester and Kingshighway.

Terrible service. We asked to get the refrigerant replaced however they took two hours of time to only tell us they could not fix it and left the air only blowing heated which was worse than how it was before. We were left to drive in 100 degree weather for hours until we got to our hotel. They also did not want to do anything about it when we confronted the situation.

Thea and her team were so great to mom. She came in from MI and her skid plate had begun to come off mid travel. They removed it with no charge and gave great advice as to what to do next.

I've had my oil changed here several times, always a seamless experience. Today I took my car in to have the headlights cleaned. They called me and let me know there would be no charge because they couldn't get them as clean as they wanted. Unbelievable customer service! Really appreciate this team!
