Terrible place. Angel the manager lied about getting parts in. Sat there for 5 hours waiting on a brake job that they couldnt even finish so they had to put the OLD brake pads back on that are basically metal to metal. Then sent it out with a brake/abs/traction control light on and the truck barely even wants to stop. Unprofessional and a serious safety liability.

Rude and unprofessional. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube in Riverview and they've always been awesome. Very surprised how bad the customer service can be at a different location. Guy told me as soon as I pulled up that my transmission will go out soon. Pretty disappointing. Worst customer service. Will never go back.

Angel and his team go above and beyond. I went in for a routine spark plug exchange, but Angel found that one of the plugs had been broken off. This could have lead to a serious engine problem. Angel and his team took extra time to locate the broken piece - saving me from a potential disaster in the future. Thank you!

I’m a repeat customer I like going here for my service. They are very efficient. Got the 7000 mile synthetic They know my car Finally gave in and bought the filters (Cabin Air; Engine Air) They were pricey; But my car performs better. I like going here. I can sit in my car while they work. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quick oil change Update 7/6/24 Recently got an oil change cleaned up my oil system once again great work Always 5 stars!

Friendly enough staff but had an oil leak after my last oil change….lost 3 quarts. Oil filter was left very loose…..I hope they see this, respond, and take responsibility

Time and time again there is something that goes bad at this location. My company tells us we have to use them to get an oil change . Then they don't ask what needs to be done, then just start touching things they're not qualified to touch . They don't check just assume. And they don't check factory sizes. Today I just wanted an oil change and new wipers . They a decided to add brake fluid flush . I'm pretty sure all they did was add fluid didn't flush anything and they didn't have 28 inch wiper so they just grabbed a 26 . WRONG. Then 20 fo the passenger, nope they picked a 16inch. I went back later due to they left there tools on my hood and when I had them fix the wipers they tried again to just grab random wipers. Then the tech just threw the wipers that were on for 2 hours on the ground. These men are quick lube techs not mechanics. They should NOT ANY brake pads etc.
