Did good work but really read the details of a Groupon. Add on fee for shop fees, and many other additional fees. By the time you are done, it’s hard to find any savings and they lose a marketing opportunity to secure another loyal customer

Tried to sell me a brake job. Told me the front brakes are SO BAD I shouldn’t take the scheduled road trip without having them replaced!! And they could fix them right then. I took the car to my trustworthy mechanic and was assured the brakes have 20% capacity remaining. It’s no wonder mechanics are so hard to trust.

Dealer did it cheaper. Went here for my oil changes for a few years and it was great until it updated. I don't know if it is new management but it was high pressure sales now. And watch for scams. They said I need all this stuff flushed and wanted me to spend a lot of money. Dealership said they were lying. Also said I had an oil leak. Dealership said they had no idea what they were talking about. Be prepared to be up sold. Say no!!! A lot. If they tell you something verify. I'm going to the dealership for maintenance from now on. It was actually cheaper.

Tyler and crew were amazing! Took care of me. They were very professional and courteous. Offered suggestions of work that could/needs to be done without being pushy. Definitely will go back!

On 11/8/2024 at 8:15am when to have my oil change and wipers. Came in not park right before the chains, ready to be serviced. No one came to me didn't see anyone, got of my car walk thru the work are looked at the office saw no one. Waited. Few more minutes . Saw no one. When I was driving away I saw the two guys inside there car. Like they were Norma ready to work. Very sad this place is around my house so is very convenient. When to another oil change place and got it done right away.

I waited for 10 minutes before they told me they didn't have the part but could guarantee it by 5. by 515 it still wasn't there. wasted 3 hours of my life and still no oil change. not so jiffy after all.

They try to pressure you waaaay too much to get things that are easy to do at home and overcharge the hell out of you. I said no on 7 different occasions for something. This is my second time going, and both times I got overcharged and severely pressured. They take advantage of people that don’t know much about cars. Never had an issue at the last jiffy lube I went to, so this is clearly something wrong with this location. Never going back again. Update: Not only all of this, but they screwed up the oil change and I had to go to a dealer because my car was running on empty. I was promised a refund and a month and a half later still NOTHING. What a pathetic excuse of a company. Edit 2: 3 months and still no refund yall are TRASH GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY

Shout out to Martin and Jose for going the extra mile to get my brakes fixed as it was an emergency. When parts weren't available at their usual vendor location, Jose drove to pick up replacement brake pads and rotors himself so it could be installed on my vehicle same day. Thank you to Martin and Jose for your help!

I am forced to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star review. While the staff was friendly, the manager is a liar. They accidentally broke my dipstick and promised to order me a new OEM dipstick. I stopped by 3 times and they had an excuse every time. The last time I stopped by they didn't know my name or tel# so there's no way they could have contacted me if they actually ordered it and tried to reach me when it came in. They gave me some cheap temporary dipstick that didn't even fit properly and that is what I still have. My manual states that there is no way I should be driving without a dipstick, yet, the worker who originally broke it tried to tell me that I really don't need one. Are you kidding me?! Never again will I go here or to any of their other owned locations in the area. They couldn't even reset my engine oil notification which is now flashing that I need to change my oil. Ugh. Disgusted. Original Review was 5 stars over a month ago - Friendly staff, good service. I'll be back.

I am off warranty and I was looking for a place mostly for oil changes. The people here are friendly and are and they go the extra mile to please you! Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and personable! He made me feel right at home! Try this place for your next oil change or any maintenance you may need on your car, you won't be disappointed!

Brought my 2014 Camry for oil change and filter, requested FULL SYNTHETIC OIL. Also they requested to change my engine air filter which I accepted.....took them not even ten minutes, to do the job....and right to this day I dont know what type of oil was used, or if the filter was changed at all.....DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT OIL BRAND WAS USED. They have some characters working there.....I should have listen to people that told me not to go there.....they said the place is always empty you dont see any customers on parking lot ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. I found out after the facts that this was truthful. Needles to say 3 weeks after I did an oil change myself on my car and yes the oil filter WAS NEVER CHANGED.

Shout out to Tyler!! He was absolutely great and helpful and fun guy to talk to while getting your oil changed. They even provided AC through our car while our car was off. They were thorough and honest.

I have not taken my car to any Jiffy Lube for 25 years, ever since they didn't put the cap back on my oil tank, and all the oil spilled onto my garage floor I went online to see if maybe they have improved. For each negative review, they give the exact same generic response. When I leave a review, if a company responds, I like it to be from a person and not from a software program. Check their response to this review to verify what I am saying.

Went for a simple oil change. The price they advertise isn’t anywhere close to what they end up charging you. Very sneaky expensive mandatory add on charges at the end. Also, they tried to talk me into replacing my brake pads and rotors. According to my usual mechanic, my brake pads and rotors are just fine. So watch out when taking your car here. They’re going to take advantage of you.

First time at this particular Jiffy Lube and I was very impressed. The whole staff was quick and efficient. They explained every step and even cut me a deal because I needed so much work done to my car. This place was very professional. Highly recommend
