I drove into Jiffy Lube 10 minutes to closing yet they still took me in. Timothy M. and Melissa L. we're very courteous and professional. Besides changing my oil, they performed an inspection which happened to find an oil leak and power steering leak.

I felt like I was rushed through. I asked the attendant to check the oil, even though my notification was reading at 15% and he told me it was full and I didn't have anything to worry about. I've been taking my car there for the past 2 years, I will NEVER go back again. It was not busy or packed. I will be going somewhere else.

We needed an oil change after traveling 2700 miles, the Ford dealer couldn’t get us in so we went to a jiffy lube and they got us in right away and were very professional and quick! Joe was very professional!

Do not go to this location they started to try to do inspection and cabin filter without asking me first in order to upcharge me. I would have happily indeed to the inspection if they had asked me first, but now I refuse to due to not asking me first. Don’t let them do the same to you

Oil all over my driveway after service. Took the car to the nearest mechanic and had to pay to have $200 oil change done again because the drain plug was not secured.
