One of the busiest locations in town, but as thorough and professional as it could be. The techs were top notch, handled the tasks quickly and painlessly to the point of making it feel like I was on and out in minutes. Great products, fair prices, and about as convenient as it could be. Great place, highly recommended.

We just had our oil changed here. They were proficient and very professional. They gave me a idea of what was wrong with my truck and the estimate to fix it . Now my oil is changed and I know what else I need. Great workers. I'd recommend this place

Great customer service! I arrived before closing time and Cheyenne still took the time to answer my questions and concerns as well as provide me with feedback and tips on my car. Tanner was also great he did the work in a timely matter.

When they changed the oil on my Infiniti they didn't remove the under tray, instead the lazy tech took out just enough bolts to bend it down and let the oil run down the tray into the waste barrel. I ended up with oil dripping on my driveway and took the under tray off myself and cleaned all the oil off of it. I complained to corporate and they sent me a response saying that they forwarded it to Team Car Care West who was supposed to contact me, and never did. Who needs to pay $150 to do something I can do a better job of at home? This happened a while ago and recently the oil change was due again so I went to Brake Masters who did it properly and for less money, no need to waste my money at Jiffy Lube again.
