Great experience getting an oil change! There was a bunny stuck in my car some home and they took extra steps to help get it out safe. Believe it was Anaiha, Jacob, and Timothy. They did great! Thank you!!

Wonderful service! The technicians here are always friendly and efficient. They’re not pushy with upgrades. They offer their recommendations for what needs to be replaced, but remain courteous and helpful when upgrades are declined. Taken the Prius here from mile 1,000 to 100,000. The whole thing is so quick and I’ve never had any issues. Dante, Desean, Dalton and Tim are fantastic and you can tell the team works together to create an exceptional service experience.

Last time I was here was almost my last time. The man was angry about something and showed it. Made me extremely anxious for the girl that was working with this young angry man. I returned only because I needed an oil change in a hurry and so happy I did. Dante was super kind and all the other staff worked hard and well together.

Great place! Customer service was outstanding. Anaiah was very helpful and polite, she checked everything on my car and even checked on me in the waiting room. Would love to take my car there again!!

In August of 2024 their employee removed Transmission Fluid instead of oil and topped off oil which then spilled over the entire engine. This required repairs and a car rental. After multiple phone calls & email communication with Managers, District Representative, we are still waiting for a reimbursement check. Very poor customer service and accountability.

Took my truck in to be service and Anaiah was amazing. She told me information about my vehicle that I didn’t know myself and answered all my questions. I will be coming back just because of her. Thank you.
