Hello, Your techs went above and beyond for me, last night. I had been too tight on $ and had neglected my van. ANFERNEE M. and CHARLIE G. I believe were the 2 guys that stayed late to get me back on the road. My van threw some challenges their way, which they handled with NO complaints. I've never had 2 guys, that I'd never met, go to bat for me in such an effort. I pray that management at your business knows that these men took a stand for your business, the pride that they had in their work, and for me. I was able to pop into the location for an oil change without an appointment. The employees were super helpful in walking me through all the steps. The lobby was cool and clean which I loved. They showed me my cabin filter and suggested I replaced it and I accepted that and they did the work of replacing that as well. Overall all the employees were fantastic! Thank you!

Outstanding service! I stopped by Jiffy Lube because of a noise in the left rear of the car. Literally two minutes later, the tech came in with a long wire that had gotten lodged in the wheel well. He removed it and there was no charge for this diagnostic. This kind of service is the reason that I continue to return to this location. Thank you!

The $68.78 basic oil change for 5/30 conventional oil was shockingly beyond eye opening. I've used Jiffy Lube for decades but with uncontrolled and unabashed GREED-FLATION, they've just priced themselves off of my vendor list. I asked about any discounts or coupons but was told none existed. Prior I've always received either a military or senior discount. Any convenience of having my oil changed for me has now been replaced by sheer excessive unjustified greed to the point I'll just do it myself from now on. Thanks but for $70 bucks for a basic oil change, I'd rather do it myself. As a result of these endless fees tacked on to drive up my bill, I won't be returning, EVER! Hopefully the next occupants of this building won't be as dumb in driving people away with excessive greed. ************************************* Just an observation, but when you give me an autogenerated response directing me to a third party clearing house for complaints, it simply translates into a display that you could care less.

Got me in and out in a Jiffy! Clean, professional, no high pressure sales tactics or forging an inspection checklist. Notified me of a couple items that may need service soon. Completely different experience than other locations 20 years ago.

I’ve took a vehicle in four times and each time have paid around 750 dollars to be able to get my check engine light off and other repairs. It’s always came back on within 24 hours , last time they tried quoting me for two things they have already done to my vehicle which was around 800 dollars , and the engine light came back on again less than an hour after driving away. After four or five tries with this location , I will not be coming back and recommend to try some of the other shops around town. Friendly front desk — fast service

What a fantastic operation. From the moment we arrived, a young gentleman held the office door open for us with a pleasant greeting. Here's a Pro tip: Since we submitted an ONLINE QUOTE REQUEST IN ADVANCE, the technician already knew that we had opted for a "Full-synthetic" service in lieu of their other options (Synthetic blend, High mileage oil or Conventional [petroleum-based] oil). We had the option of waiting in the customer lounge, waiting in the car, or shopping nearby, but the entire process was only 25 minutes and truly a breeze. The icing on the cake was meeting Evian about 10 minutes before the car was ready. She was pleasant, professional, cheerful and all smiles. She reviewed the charges and asked if we had any coupon discounts or if we had any questions or concerns regarding the work performed. Talk about the face of the franchise! Thanks Evian! You and your team have earned our business without hesitation, and we look forward to seeing you next time.

Drained my audi of trans fluid and over filled oil. Got managers to sign-off what happened and they did fix it. Honda truck, broke glove box loking for cabin air filter and said parts were on back order to fix 1yr no call gave up after checking 3x. People are friendly and service is quick.

Technicians are well trained at every Jiffy Lube I have visited in WI, CA, and AZ. They are also trained not to talk down to women car owners. Very refreshing!

The crew was very quick and helpful with my vehicles needs. I went in for an oil change, and they got me out within 15 minutes. What made it better was that the female assosiate who gave me my total had applied a coupon, making my total cheaper than expected. Seriously, you all had outdone yourselves, and you all should be recognized for your customer service.
