Shawn and the rest of the team were very nice and respectful. They told me what needed done and had suggestions for how to help improve my car's performance. There was no high pressure selling, just suggestions to think about in the future.

Consistently good service. Timely and efficient oil change. They have never upselled and the repairs were completed in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. I continue bringing my vehicle back here.

I had the hands down best experience here. I called to see if it was possible to get an oil change as soon as I got off work even though they were closing within the next 30 minutes. The person who answered the phone was very upbeat and polite and welcomed me to come. As I got there, I felt extremely bad for coming so late (like 10 minutes until they closed) but the whole crew was friendly, professional and timely. I never felt any negative energy from them or rushed at all. They topped my fluids, replaced my filter and evaluated a few other items. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but the young man that took my payment held a conversation with me while I waited. I was in and out quickly. 10/10 customer service

My first time at jiffy lube . Ms Aileen greeted me made me feel comfortable she explained what I needed and the difference in the oils that they had. Everyone seemed nice I saw a lot of team work some laughter which I feel is good instead of sad faces. It did not take long for them to do the oil change everyone sees to be involved. At the end Adam checked me out and was very pleasant. I asked him questions and he answered them. I felt good when I left . I will be going back again when I need another one.

My husband took our Subaru Outback 3.6 R to this location for a basic oil change. We read all of the positive reviews online and decided to try Jiffy Lube instead of another nearby place that always upsells. Aileen made sure that everything was done correctly. My husband said her crew did a great job! We will be back to this location next time we need an oil change.

waited about 40 min to get started, oil change took about 20 min; total time was 60 min; that's not exactly getting an oil change done in a "jiffy" amout of time
