I have been doing business with this location before it was "Jiffy Lube". I remember back in the early 80's, this was a vacant building. Then it became "Rocket Lube". Think that was about 30 years ago. Despite moving to Bartlesville, I still have my car serviced at the 15th and Lewis location. Kenny is the manager of this location, and has always had my cars best interest in mind. His staff is through, and has attention to detail. I highly recommend doing business with Jiffy Lube.

Absolutely love the folks at 15th and Lewis. They were even understanding once when I left my wallet at home. Told me to return by the end of the day and everything would be okay. I’ve used them at least a dozen times and not once had an issue. I’ve never been there longer than 20 minutes, either. Top notch!

Fantastic service didn’t have to wait at all, had been at Kia before I came there. They were terrible, so I left and came to Jiffy Lube. The man who gave me my paperwork was super helpful and very, very pleasant. I told him he earned my trust and I would be a Loyal customer forever you guys are doing a great job

I had both of our vehicles oil changed on the same day. Each vehicle took about 15 minutes to complete. The crew was professional and worked together as a well oiled machine. No pun intended, lol. I will definitely be back. Great job Jiffy Lube!

I just pulled in with a low oil psi light and I straight up told the guy that I don’t have money till I get my first check two weeks away to pay for anything but I need to know if it’ll last me for two weeks and they were nice enough to just put some much-needed oil in my truck and now I’m gonna be able to last for another two weeks and the guy did it completely free of charge this place is awesome. They have a lifelong customer.

I know we caught them at just the right time, but they were finished in about 5 min. LOL And in that time they changed the oil, checked the fluids, and the tires. And I had them put on new wiper blades. Their place is clean, even the floors where they do the work. The guys are really attentive and friendly. This was my second time. I will be going back. And I highly recommend them.

I received really good and fast service. Maybe 10 minutes total start to finish. Never had to leave my truck, no heavy handed selling. Just quick and easy. I would recommend Jiffy Lube at 14th & Lewis.

My oil change came with just that I thought they check other fluids too my radiator fluid was bone dry and may have cause damage to my car over heating

Orion, my service tech was great. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Brought a vehicle I just purchased for oil change and have them "take a look" underneath for me. They all did a great job. Very grateful. I did NOT refuse window wash as was listed on my invoice. Otherwise 5 stars I would have gave.
