I HAVE VISIT JIFFY LUBE ON EAST 32st Street several times.The Tech attendants has always been kind, courteous, showed honest respect because am a loyal veteran and regular customer. And while waiting on my vehicle all other customers was rendered the same respect. The waiting area was clean as always and refreshments was available. Donuts would be nice to have since some customers come early morning. Just a little suggestion. Be Bless and keep the coffee brewing.

I had a good experience at Jiffy Lube. Friendly service and a quick lube, oil and filter change. In and out in 15 minutes. Can't beat that!

I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on any day. Specifically for women I’d recommend Wednesday 🤭. They truly take care of you and your car like no other.

The guy asked if I wanted my tires rotated . Said sure. When I got the receipt I was charged 29.99 if I had known that I would of not did that as I can get it done free where I bought my tires. Just suggesting that they let the customers know that it is a charge.

Friendly, always helps Veterans every Veteran's day, and even when there are a lot of people there, it's fast. The only place I'll go for oil change and filter change, they are loyal to me, so I'm loyal to them.

The service was fast and friendly the personnel was very knowledgeable as far as what fluids were required by my particular vehicle the facility was neat and clean overall I would give him a four and a half star rate

Got an transmission fluid change and the old men ain’t tell me what color it was or anything I asked him was there anything else with the car he doesn’t tell me anything and he changed my fluid what I don’t get bc he said it was full

I went there on Veteran's Day and even though my husband is the vet I was treated with the utmost respect. They made sure all my fluids were topped off and even changed a backup light that Ididn't realized was out. Great friendly customer service.

They not only washed my windows and vacuumed my car but they were super nice and even gave me free car air fresheners. It literally took 10 mins and I was on my way. I work for a dealership and can get it done at the shop but honestly, this was such a great experience, I’d definitely come back.
