Very friendly and courteous staff at this location. Was hardly out of my phone when I was greeted by a staff member asking what I was looking to be done. Didn’t even take 30 minutes before I had my oil changed and a smile on my face. Would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone in the area needing their vehicles serviced.

I’ve been coming to this location since 1995. I think I may have been the first customer of Kwik Kar. Even though the ownership has changed, I’ve never had anything but wonderful customer service! I will always take my cars to Josh and Jerry at JiffyLube!

I went to this location long before it was Jiffy Lube. The owner would give me his truck to go to an appointment! We used punch cards for free oil change. It was our neighborhood mechanics we trusted. When jiffy lube came in, some of the people stayed. The guy that greets me is awesome! Jiffy lube honored my free oil change card. The manager came down and assured me nothing would change! We would have the same trusted service we have always had. Honest and transparent. I've only needed oil changes, but from what I see, the manager was telling me the truth.

I was greeted very promptly and with a warm friendly smile. My vehicle was taken in for an oil change and the team noticed that my windshield wipers were cracked. The team member asked if I would like them replaced and gave me a price immediately. Within about 20-25 minutes my vehicle was in and out. I was shown that the oil level was in the full position and all of the caps were on securely. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube at 91st on Sheridan.

Had a $20 off coupon for an oil change for my Jaguar, was told they don’t take it because it was the OKC market. Then was told it would be at least $150 for an oil change. Went down the street to Midas, they had a $20 off coupon and my oil change only cost $80 after tax…. It’s no wonder Jiffy had all empty stalls and Midas was packed. Maybe you should rethink your buisness practice.

We recently moved to Tulsa. I had stopped using the Jiffy Lube in the town we came from because of poor service. I decided to give this Jiffy Lube a try in Tulsa and was pleasantly surprised at how well it is run. They are efficient and professional in every encounter. The waiting room is clean and nice. It was a great experience! I am glad to find such a great service close to my house.
