The service was excellent. I drove into the oil area and didn’t have to exit my car. They cleaned my windows and showed me my oil stick. I was out in a timely manner. All employees was polite and personal, not pushy.

I take both of my vehicles to jiffy lube at 11th & Garnett for oil changes and other minor repairs. I like the fact that all fluids are topped off, windows washed, vacuumed, tire pressures are checked and adjusted. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can trust Jiffy Lube to keep my vehicles in tip top shape.

Great people! I came to get my car looked at today and I was immediately helped by 5 friendly and extremely helpful mechanics. They were so kind and willing to explain to me the whole process. I had my car fixed and ready within less than 30 minutes. Huge shout out to RJ! He worked with me on my car and was very patient, answered all my questions, knew what he was talking about. Thank you jiffy lube team!! I’m definitely coming back ❤️

WARNING!!!!! I got an oil change here, and they stripped the threads on my oil pan plug. When I contacted them. The manager, Robert Scott, gave me the run around, and now, he is always unavailable and supposedly going to call me back but doesn't. I filed a complaint with corporate, and I'm still getting the run around. Save yourself the problems and go somewhere else.

We brought our Nissan Armada to Jiffy Lube after we no longer get the “free” oil changes at the dealer. It was so quick and convenient! We will use Jiffy Lube from now on.

BOO HISS NEGATIVE STAR Went to get oil changed at my regular place, 11th and Garnett Jiffy Lube, been going there for approximately 9 years steady. I take my cars (3) and family members. Like the employees and service. Last couple of times the regular front end guy hadn’t been there-same on the garage end- new people. Per usual I was asked the time before about my air filter on Toyota tundra said “no thanks” this time I’m expecting same question when they come in door and they tell me there is NO FILTER ?!? Ask me if I took it out. Hahaha. I don’t even know where it is. I even texted my son, Who had driven truck during the in between oil changes. I’m pretty sure the female was there on previous visit, I know the guy was as he spoke about feathers on my dash. They offer no explanation, don’t even try to sell me another filter which would have been hell naw. I am not going back The time lapse is I thought I had deleted the original text from jiffy lube asking me to leave review

Best location in town. By the time I got into the bay, my tires were aired and my windows were cleaned. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Free soda and popcorn. Even checked my battery when I asked. Highly recommend.

Amazing people and very fast workers. As soon as I pulled in they immediately jumped onto the work of the vehicle and I was in and out with 15 minutes they checked all my fluids checked my tire pressure. They cleaned my windshield and windows they even vacuumed the interior of the car. These guys absolutely rock and do amazing jobs and great services.

Every time I go into the location at 11th and Garnett everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. They are quick they give me out fast and I have absolutely no issues with my car. I can't say anything better about this location. Not to mention the prices And discounts Make it so much easier during this economy.
