Great service, amazing staff. In this day and age, it is rare to find companies who aim to have 5 star customer experience. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate that level of care! The staff were all very glad I was there, and that's refreshing when most corporate places act like your bothering them with your business. They did not. They are friendly as hell, and because of that, I will be back.

I was very pleased with the service. People were very friendly. What I didnt care for was the window cleaning. Dont know if it was a dirty rag or what, but it left the windows very streaky and water spots. Other than that awesome job. Thanks

I went to get my oil changed in my car and they was very welcoming. They did the whole 9 yards and then when they was done they showed me the oil level in the motor. Wasn’t expecting to get anything done besides the oil but they did above and beyond.

I usually do my own oil change but as I accidentally became a senior citizen HAHAHA . ,and veteran, I decided to check out jiffy lubes veteran appreciation offer for a free lube. They did a quick job and did a lot more than expected like vacuuming the car and cleaning the windows and checking all fluids and filters. I took advantage of what they had and was 110% satisfied. I've never seen staff so eager to serve the veterans.. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE ON 11TH AND GARNETT PS: THANKS FOR THE POPCORN AND DRINKS
