Your JIFFY LUBE Is the only ONE that I will frequent! It has The Best customer service, professionalism, quick service of excellence of all the ones that I have been to in Tulsa, period! Getting your oil change is not that pleasant but today I encountered a friendly environment and fun conversation with staff while my car was being worked on. I know these workers are Christian's by there attitudes. I highly recommend trying out this location for car maintenance.

It was quick, efficient and everyone was very friendly and showed an attitude of caring about the customer, not just getting a job done. For the additional service my car needed that they don't do there, she gave me a name and place for another Jiffy Lube that does do it. That's above and beyond in today's world! I will always return to a place that treats me well, and this is one of those places!

Went for oil change and left with exhaust smell coming through my car. Took it back to ask them to look at it. They told me I had a small exhaust leak and it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was so strong I felt like I was going to pass out not to mention I have a toddler… so yes it is a big deal. Took it to our mechanic the next day to find that Jiffy Lube didn’t screw cap back on after changing my oil so the fumes were going in through my AC/Heater.

When I need a simple oil change, I bring the car here. They live up to their name, and the staff is courteous and efficient. Charges are always declared up front.
