I've went there for a couple years, since I found this place in Tulsa. Never had a problem before. Well, this past weekend I went there for an oil change. All the places I've been for oil changes and never had a problem. Well, I left my green vape in my cup holder. It was missing from my car when I got back in. We immediately notified the lady that was showing me the fuilds in my car. The man came out of the shop and was very rude to me and my boyfriend. There was almost a fight and I had to make those two calm it down and we left. The girl really had the nerve to tell us that they do drug testing there and that he's only 20 years old. Lol. I thought that's even more the reason for him to take it. Anyways, we left there and I wont be returning back there again. So one of the workers in that shop has my THC vape pen. My car is very clean. But I did look good thru the console, under the seats, etc. It's gone, someone within Jiffy Lube stole my vape out of my car.

Friendly and fast service. Cleaned the windshield, vacuumed the floors, and made sure the air pressure in the tires were correct.

I'm always greeted with a smile. They offered beverages and popcorn. The bathroom was clean and in working order. They got after it on my truck. I trust Jiffy lube because I drive an old chevy with front passenger damage held up by duct tape. They treat me and my truck like I was running in an Audi. I'll keep coming back. Great job guys!

I recently used the Tulsa Hills Jiffy Lub and was impressed with the service they provided . The employees were friendly, courteous and efficient . The waiting room was neat and well stocked with treats. I will be using them again.

Great service and crazy fast! Even cleaned my windows while I sat in the car as they changed my oil. Everyone on the floor was working on something too. No one being lazy. Great to see!

this location will leave your oil plug only finger tightened without ensuring it’s screwed in properly. this cost me my car. this location also allows its employees to be hostile towards customers who just want an oil change.

This is my second time using this location for my oil change. And they had me in and out very quickly. About 30 minutes or so. Staff was friendly knowledgeable all around pretty good experience and will go again.
