Oil change was done in a speedy fashion. The gentleman that helped us out was very nice. My car had oil spilt on it when they were filling it. It took several hours to get that oil smell to lessen. It still kinda smells like oil. Too bad jiffy lube didn't spray a blast of car freshener. That would have helped. I've been a customer at Jiffy Lube over 10 years. This was the first time someone ever spilt oil. As of December 5th, Major issue with my car. Oil is all over the garage floor. Hopefully jiffy lube didn't forget something!!! I didn't notice it until just now. The car has been parked since we got back from the oil change. I am not happy. I will be returning my car tomorrow morning.

Audra and John were both really Great!! We were traveling back to Phoenix, and realized we needed an oil change. They were both just the nicest people!! It was quick, and easy. Guess that's why you callnit Jiffy Lube. 🙂

The manager John was so kind to my daughter. Went the extra mile to flush the coolant twice. Just a great friendly man. I will always come to this jiffy lube.

The two guys were great! Super fast, and engine runs awesome now. I left my water bottle, and they even called me and one guy ran it out to me when I got there. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs and also cared about the quality of their work.

I came here for the free oil change for veterans day and I was taken such good care of. They drove my car in, didn't try to sell me extra bull$h*t, got my car in tip top shape while I enjoyed some free drinks and popcorn and got me out in less than 30 minutes. Employees were so wonderful and nice as well! Thank you team!! Definitely recommend 👌

Greeting was terrible. Woman was rude as hell. Price went up $30 from my last oil change, about 6 months ago. Now it costs $100 for fully synthetic after tax. They acted like I was a burden for asking for their service despite there being no cars in the garage when I drove up. I over heard the next customer who came in a few minutes after me was told that it was going to be a long time before they could be serviced with a careless tone of voice (employee trying to sway them into leaving). As far as I know the service was performed properly, just with bad customer service.
