These folks always go the extra mile. They took care of my truck after another place screwed up my oil change. I've used several places in town and this is the only one I'll go back to! I've gotten to know the staff, great people too!

i went in for a state inspection and came out with a broken filter. No line and no wait should have been enough warning. The service tech comes out of the shop with my engine and cabin filters in hand. I asked him kindly to put them back. Upon evaluation the cabin filter door was not on at all and the filter was just jammed back into it's housing. Not 5 minutes before the tech showed me the cabin filter without any damage to it, only soiled. Now it is all bent and creased from being forced back into the housing incorrectly forcing me to replace it. I did not concent to anyone performing service on my vehicle, only a state inspection. Will not be trusting your business in the future.

1/3/2025 went there for a emissions test for my registration I got there I was greeted everybody was so nice friendly and I would refer other people to jiffy Lupe

I came in on a Sunday and was helped by Alfonso, Vincent, and Jose. I’m not usually in this area but I was passing thru town and they were the only place opened after 4 pm. They were efficient, friendly, and even vacuumed my floorboards!! Thanks a bunch!

My daughter's oil needed to be changed. She went to Jiffy Lube and they changed her oil in a reasonable time and were friendly and professional.

I ordered tires on Saturday to have installed Today (Monday). I arrived at 430, they pulled my car in at 5pm. Around 630 they came and told me they broke one of my sensors and replaced it but couldn't program it and I would have to go by discount tire and have it reset amd they would reimburse me with a reciept, I was fine with that. Then around 8pm they were finally done and as I was driving off I heard and felt something rubbing. They looked under and said they had to rebalance as a weight was rubbing my rotor. It is now 820 and I am still waiting. 4 hours for new tires is ridiculous.
