Gave my car the wrong type of oil, and also had to wait far longer than expected. Staff were not all that diligent or focused on the task

Outstanding customer service! All services were explained completely by Brittney, and done in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend the Jiffy Lube in Woodstock!

i drive about 3 hours a day and rely heavily on my car. i needed an oil change so decided to call around and find a place with the best price, and ended up here. they were nice and fast but on the drive home i noticed my car was pulling to the right. i checked my tires and found that they had drained my front passenger tire down to 15PSI. unfortunately, this is a very common issue that many women experience when taking their cars to get looked at, specifically because they assume women don’t know what is going on so that they will take their car back to get “fixed”, and the shop can make more money. absolutely ridiculous that this happened. i know multiple people who go here to get matinence done and will be warning them of this incident.

I came to jiffy lube today for an oil change. Being a single women not knowing much of anything about cars and what maintenance I need I have been taken advantage of multiple times(not by jiffy lube). Today Yisrael was taking care of me he didn’t up sell me, educated me on future expenses that I was going to need, was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Every time I visit the Woodstock jiffy lube I am so impressed by the employees, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for an oil change!
