They were friendly and they did good work. My only complaint is that they threw away my daughter’s toys and when questioned, the manager simply said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They didn’t even try to fix it. What kind of company does this? Throws away a 6 year old’s baby groot and Elsa figurines and then just says sorry, nothing we can do?! Anger doesn’t cover it. The toys were intentionally stuck on the center console and the fetal guy claimed to throw them away because they were sticky. But he left some strange sticky stuff on the back seat. Now my daughter has been crying for 2 days because her toys that she made the car’s mascots were thrown away. Until this issue, I had high praises for Jim Norton Collision. Now, I can guarantee they don’t deserve my business again. I don’t care that they threw away my mat that I left on the console to keep my elbow from cracking the leather. But my daughter’s toys are not acceptable. How do I explain to my daughter that her precious treasures were considered trash by some guy and thrown away?

Worst experience ever. I received a text message from them saying that my car will be ready on a certain date. When I went to the shop, I was told that my car won’t be ready until next week…. They just forgot to update the estimated completion time…wasting me two hours and haven’t even said sorry

Worst worst service ever! They apparently always have excuses. It takes 4 months to repair a bumper and they tried to increase price during the repair process. DO NOT GO THERE.

Horrible. Sold me a new car back in July 2023. Part of the package was a charger that does not even work with the vehicle I purchased. They will not refund my money and will not answer phone calls or email. So much for service after the sale. Even a phone call telling me why they cannot refund would be better than this. This is the second and last car I will buy from Jim Norton.

They started working on my husband’s 2014 truck in early March but they couldn’t get a Toyota bumper/hitch combo. They insisted the insurance has to just give us a rental indefinitely while they sit on their hands, not working to get us the part. We went to pick up the truck because the insurance didn’t want to pay for a rental indefinitely & denied the request due to the truck being “drivable”. Though I’m not sure it’s safe to drive a truck with no bumper. Alan at Jim Norton responds to our emails, usually to say the ETA has been pushed out and give us some garbage speech about how it’s all insurance’s fault for not paying for a rental. He sent two different emails telling us our options are 1. wait, 2. trade in the truck for something else, or 3. find our own part. We finally had to start searching for our own part. Hopefully we will get a different bumper put on the truck soon. But Alan is going on leave for a week & I’m sure no one else will be helping while he’s out.

Recently purchased a used Toyota and took it to Jim Norton for an issue. They were able to get me in with very little wait time, and handled the issue in just a few hours. Auston was extremely helpful in explaining everything.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with the Jim Norton service department. They kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated that they take extra care of the car they will be working on. They not only place a paper floor mat to protect the carpet, but they place plastic over the driver's seat too. That's above and beyond in my book. I highly recommend taking your Toyota to Jim Norton Toyota for service.

Their power went out in the service department right after they took my car into the shop. We had to do my car rental through my phone. Was a new experience for me. Without electricity almost everything came to a halt. 3 hours later when I returned to the dealership the power was still off. They couldn't give me an invoice because the computers were down. I really didn't need one. They gave me my key and we were finished.

With only 3315 miles on my 2024 Camry, my vehicle stopped dead on a Sunday morning immediately after a warning light came on about impending brake failure. Fortunately, I was able to get to a safe stop on a toll exit ramp and eventually towed to the Toyota dealer it came from. After two working days without my vehicle, I picked up the car (apparently a wire had come loose to the hybrid battery due to an untightened nut from the factory). After the car was fixed, I was disappointed that I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience and what could have been a disaster on the open road but also, in the past, Jim Norton Toyota would return the repaired vehicle with an exterior wash. Perhaps they’ve changed policies or they forgot. Either way, my car was not washed!

Excellent service visit. The Service Advisor was very competent and the entire maintenance took right at one hour to be completed. That has to be a record! In and out with no issues, they appear to have made some changes to their process.

Have bought my vehicles and had them serviced at Jim Norton since 2012. They are a great dealership with a great service department. I like the fact that several employees, in all departments, still work there. It's nice to be waited on my familiar happy faces.
