Best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a car dealership service department. They have this thing down to a science. I was greeted warmly when I arrived for my appointment. I was whisked inside to talk to a clerk, who explained everything that I needed done. I was then directed to go sit and wait. I thought I would be there for more than an hour. But actually, I was there for about 30 to 45 minutes. I will highly recommend buying from Jim Norton from here on out.

Daniel in service is awesome ! He helped me today with getting maintenance done on my van. Daniel is always friendly and very helpful and makes my experience at Jim Norton Toyota a positive one 😊

Daniel was the best. He was 100% transparent, giving me not only opinions, but also visual support. He worked with me on limited finances and prioritized my car's needs. Living on social security I was still able to meet my needs because of Daniel's empathy and patience with a 79 year-old. And, all this service was done as I enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate in the lounge. At no point was I pressured. I was always given the option of accepting or postponing the recommendations of Daniel. I will always be a Toyota customer because of the trust established between Daniel and me.

Great service experience. Handled all of my issues and tried to get me the best deal. Comp’d some minor work which was appreciated. We’re able to get my service needs addressed in one afternoon.

I'm not a Toyota person. My husband is. I take his car to this place for whatever it needs. These people are really nice and the facility is like a frickin 10 🌟 hotel or something. It's a bit too fancy if you ask me. The indoor waterfall is over the top. No one needs this kind of Unnecessary stuff. I'll never understand the over the top "decor" or whatever you want to call it. You sell cars. You have no reason to be so over the top. The cars are stupid expensive and made of plastic. It's whatever. You asked.

Discovered the Toyota Rental service after the local Enterprise Car Rental informed me they had no vehicles available in the entire city of Tulsa, unless I wanted to go to the airport. That said, Dalton went above and beyond taking care of me. I was put in a vehicle that would fully accommodate my large family and FAR more affordable than what I was initially quoted by Enterprise. His customer service was impeccable and he went over all necessary details. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will be using them for all my rental needs moving forward.
