**Amazing Team at Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa!** We had an **outstanding experience** working with the team at **Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa** and want to give special recognition to **Seth, Mr. Hendricks, and Brandon** for their incredible professionalism and service. Before making our purchase, we did extensive research and called the dealership the night before **the end of January**. Our sales representative answered right away, and from that moment, the experience was seamless. We were looking to lease a **new Toyota Tacoma** for our business, and **Brandon, Seth, and the finance team** went above and beyond to make the entire process **smooth, professional, and efficient**. I had a lot of questions, especially since I was coming in from across the state, but they handled everything with **patience, knowledge, and expertise**. I just took my Toyota Camry in for the complementary multi point inspection and tire rotation and balancing. Somehow, the customer service rep knew more about my car than I did. He said that by mileage my front brake pads need to be replaced and the rotors turned. I figured I was already there, might as well get it done. He asked if I was going to be dropping it off or waiting. I told him I would wait for it, and he replied that the service department’s best Estimate would be two hours. I said OK, and went into the showroom. Read my email and drink a latte or two from the coffee machine that I would like to have one of. I did drink two lattes and I did check my email. I started to watch something on TV about the upcoming Super Bowl but I got a text message about an hour and 15 minutes after I walked to the waiting area. The message said that I could come back to the service area and pick up my car. They are always so fast and so courteous. I bought my Camry from Jim Norton Toyota almost 5 years ago and I’ve always had it serviced at Jim Norton Toyota. I’ve never been disappointed.

Was lied to about the type of warranty I would have on parts purchased. When they went out literally a week after getting my truck back it took three different appointments to get them to admit the truck wasn't fixed properly. Thats when I found out about the warranty situation and had to pay even more money to get the problem resolved. Mind you I had already paid $3000.00. I Josh is your service person I would request someone else handle your vehicle. He is a straight scumbag and lier. Also he's never in the office so you'll never deal with him anyway. Sucks that wanting my Toyota serviced by a Toyota dealership is the worst decision. Also, literally every time I have something done there a tech/porter breaks something on my car and am told I have to pay to get it fixed. They broke the door handle once and the door would latch. Garbage place and humans.

I live in NC and I have my trusted mechanic for my Highlander. No one else has touched my SUV but my mechanic since I have owned her, but, Jim Norton’s Service Dept. provided services to my SUV the same as my mechanic and I appreciate that service.

I want to thank Blake Richardson for his knowledgeable, prompt and courteous advice for service he gave me at Jim Norton Toyota. It was so refreshing to deal with a service technician who kept me advised and promptly answered my texts while my Lexus RX 350 was in for service. They are always amazing and very helpful. However today’s appointment took way longer than expected. 2 hours to be exact. I got there at 9 am and left at 11am. Other than the long wait time. I LOVE them !
