Came to replace my radiator and both hoses. He spilled all the coolant and didn't bother to catch it. He left his tool on the electric radiator fan almost destroying it had I not checked. He failed to top off transmission fluid after it leaked out even though I provided the quart replacement. Biggest issue is now my AC has a leak and now have to spend close to $1000 to have it PROFESSIONALLY repaired. Tried saving money but ended up spending 3 times as much. Avoid at all costs

My breaks started grinding yesterday i called Jiménez Mobil Auto this morning around 8:30 Am to see if he could come replace my breaks he was hear by 10:00 Am and he even offered to pick up the breaks for me from auto zone he was also honest about my roaders saying they were still good its hard to find a honest mechanic these days i was very impressed by him defiantly using him again 10 out of 10 thank you..

Jimenez Mobile is definitely a 5 star. Gustavo showed up and fixed the starter in our car. The price was less than half the price another place had quoted us. Gustavo is a really knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Would highly recommend him! Thank you Gustavo!

After calling multiple mobile mechanics nobody was able to replace my 2021 Prius battery, but after calling Jimenez Mobile they were on the road within 20 minutes and the battery swap itself took just over 1 minute-- amazing service an I will absolutely recommend them to any friends or family in the future. Saving their number in case I need anything else done!

I called Mobile mechanics for 2 days all I got was answer machines, high estimates and when I did schedule another Mobile mechanic he did not show up or even call to reschedule. I found Gustavo with Jimenez Mobile Auto Service he answered the phone while he was working on a car, he is owner operator he came and repaired my broken harmonic balancer that day at a 2hr charge. I used Jimenez today when a brake job got to be more than I was comfortable with. They came to my driveway within a couple hours of my call and finished up my job for me in 30 or so minutes. The price was good and everything works great! Would recommend.

I'm a DIY-er and those like me know that sometimes trying something new takes much longer to complete...if we can even get it done 😅. Gustavo very professionally and promptly said without saying I didn't know what I was doing and removed and installed my rack and pinion in about an hour 🤣😜 I'm sure glad I called him! Very professional, prompt, thorough and affordable. I have his number saved for my next mechanical adventure 😁

Read the reviews, repairs that any alpha conservative male should be able to do. But guess I scared him off with requesting a real diagnosis. Called and told me he had an "emergency" and wasn't gonna make it. The thing is all day I just had a hunch he was gonna not show up or cancel and he did. Had the feeling he specializes in work a high school kid can/should be able to do. But oh-well....

He re-did my whole A/C system. Complete new everything. (He said if I am going to keep it, do it right). 3 months later, blowing hot. He made a appointment to come by, no show & he was going to charge me again, obviously not standing behind his work.

I needed my alternated replaced. I had the part just needed someone to change it out. I called Gustavo on Friday morning Thinking it was going to take a few days to get an appt. He came out that afternoon. Done in 40 min. I Will definitely recommend and use him for all my auto needs.

What an amazing experience!!! First his customer service is amazing and is very attentive and responsive to emails and messages. He’s willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. I personally don’t have enough time to leave my car at a shop for a day or two just for new headlights. He came to my job and completed the job in the parking lot while I was at work. Fast, clean, professional and the price of course beat out everyone. I called several shops and they wanted to charge me $400 for the work plus I had to leave the car for at least a day. He truly saved me money and headaches. Thank you so much Gustavo!!!! Expect more business from myself and my friends.

I was scared to try a mobile service because ive heard how expensive they were. I choose Jimenez mobile after getting several quotes. He arrived on time and was really friendly and had my car up and running within an hour. The price he quoted was the price I paid (which wasn$300 less than the other 3 quotes I got). I needed my alternator replaced on a 2008 Toyota RAV4. I already had a new alternator on hand. I called other places but the prices were either outrageous or they couldn't come out till the next day. Some didn't even call till hours later! Jimenez Mobile Auto Service answered in the first ring. He came out to us right after he completed his current job. Arrived within 30min (commuted in traffic) didn't hesitate and finished the job I couldn't complete because I didn't have the necessary tools! Quoted me over the phone for labor and didn't tack on any extra charges! He was fast! Done in 40 min! I would give him 10 ⭐!! Will use him again if I need a mechanic 🧰
