I called looking around to have work done on my vehicle. The lady gave me a more than reasonable quote. I was very impressed with how professional and personable they are. The mechanics did an awesome job. I love this shop!! I will only bring my vehicle to them. This shop does exhaust along with other light mechanic work. The owner has been there for 32 years. I would highly highly recommend Jim's 66! Muffler & auto repair. I know this is definitely the way a business should be ran. We need to have more businesses like this. They go above and beyond. I would hope more companies would adapt this kind of business practices. We brought our dog and they loved her and treated her so good. I am so impressed with them all. Thanks guys;!

Jim's Muffler is fantastic. Definitely would recommend. Hands down the best Albuquerque auto shop experience I've had. They replaced catalytic converters on two of my vehicles over the years, both promptly done before within 2 hours. Friendly folks and prices were very fair. They charged me 15% of what the dealership quoted.

I came in with a blown muffler & a cracked pipe coming out of my manifold & they show me what the problem was and what they would have to do, they did it within an hour & dare price was very reasonable...... These guys are real pros and I highly recommend them & and I won't hesitate to go right back to them in the event of future problems with this vehicle or others 👍🇺🇸

I took Jim's my harebrained idea to weld o2 bungs into my motorcycle exhaust with just a sharpie mark and they welded them in perfect! I couldn't ask for a better fit, no leakes and they finished it within an hour or so. They definitely know what they are doing!

Took my truck to have the exhaust rerouted for more clearance underneath. Shows them pictures of how I wanted it to be done and what they would need to do. They did about half of what I told them. Although I did gain some clearance. It still wasn’t above the frame to fit a flat skid plate. Out $150 for half of a job done.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Went in and had a new catalytic converter installed within minutes. They were all super nice. They helped entertain my kiddos and made the whole experience amazing. I will always recommend these guys to anyone.

Is awesome muffler shop. Is Jim is a real cool guy, Very down-to-earth. Not looking to just rip you off and take your money. They all know what they're doing here. He had me in-and-out of his shop in under 2 hours. Now my car is running like it should. Highly recommend coming here before going anywhere else.

My son has a project car. We wanted Jim to put the exhaust together for us. It happened to be ten after two so we called and she says bring it in. We got there at 2:30. When we pulled up they were closing the bays. The installer walks out and says "We are closed". We were refused service. So we left.

Paid over $500 to get 2 Flowmaster Super 10s on my Challenger and instead got cheap other no brand mufflers. Had to take it back too as one of the mufflers was completely not welded at all. Took my car to a real muffler shop and had to pay again to get the job done right with the mufflers I wanted. Don't go to this place unless you want to get screwed. Very bad service and the wait time is ridiculous!

Was driving through Albuquerque and needed work done on my exhaust that day. These guys got me in within 15 minutes when no one else would or even answer there phones. Had an old diesel with a big exhaust system and they had me back on the road in about an hour. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and even directed me down the street to Loyola’s restaurant, which had amazing green chili and was on the show Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Highly recommend and I never write reviews.
