My husband and I were traveling down from Utah and we heard something scraping on the bottom of our car. Turns out a piece of metal was missing some screws, so we found the closest auto service shop and it turned out to be this one! It was fast, super easy service. We were in and out in 15 minutes tops. It’s right off the freeway too so it’s perfect for travelers!

I walked in without an appointment for an emergency check on a noise that my van was making. I wanted to know if the noise was critical to my driving safety. I am visiting from California. Jim accommodated me and checked the van out. He greased all the points with no charge. Thanks Jim.

I recently moved to the Phoenix area and was looking for a good mechanic and stumbled on the Yelp reviews. He was the only one who received a 5 star rating so I thought I would try him. So far, Jim's worked on my son's Jeep, my wife's Trailblazer and my S10 and has done an excellent job on all. I had my Trailblazer in to have the oil changed and while he had it up on the lift, he found a problem with the front end. He brought me back and showed me the problem and told me that he would research it and let me know how much it would cost to fix. He just doesn't pull a number out of his head. He's very careful and does his research so he doesn't over charge. VERY HONEST. Also the cleanest garage I've ever seen! That tells me that he cares about his business and his reputation. 5 stars all the way!

Jim's Auto Service is the best! I trust him completely with my Honda Pilot. As a single woman it has been difficult to find an honest mechanic. I had a horrible experience with Brakes Plus (83rd Ave and Deer Valley) a year ago, and my car was a mess. Jim fixed my car and it runs like new again. I have been using Jim's service for the last year and have had nothing but great results!

Jim is an "on the ball" mechanic. I asked him to order me some amsoil for my 05 Toyota Prius and he promptly called when it came in. I called on a Friday (before a holiday weekend) to see if by chance he could squeeze me in for an oil/filter change and he did so quickly and willingly. Top of the line customer service. I would definitely recommend him. PS By the way his shop is one of the cleanest you will find which also says a lot. Thx Jim you've earned my business. Tonya Reed, Laveen AZ

Just picked up my car from Jims. Runs AMAZING! Jim has worked on not only my vehicle but other members of my families vehicles for a couple years now and I can tell you eveyone of them are satisified.. Jim is VERY reasonable on price and does GREAT work.. Jim is VERY knowledgeable and VERY professional.. I HIGHLY recommend Jims Auto Service. You WONT be dissapointed.. I PROMISE!
