JJ Collision did a great job on my car looks like new. My car had damage to the driver door and driver back passenger door it looks like nothing happened to my car. Great customer service Carlos and Rebecca kept me updated on the progress of my car I am very pleased and happy with the Awesome job they did on my car thank you.

I just got my car back and I am totally amazed with the quality of the work done. I literally cannot tell where the car was hit... It looks like brand new. The caliber of their bodywork is amazing. This is the fourth or fifth vehicle I have taken to JJ from my family over the years and I have never had an issue or been disappointed. Additionally the staff was super friendly and professional and completed my repair in a timely manner. I whole heartedly recommend JJ Collision to anyone in need of auto body work.

My experience with JJ Collison was great. They provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair that was needed on my vehicle. The staff was very courteous and professional. The repair job was excellent!!! I visited two other body shops where the prices were unreasonable and the timing to get the vehicle back was too long. I strongly recommend using JJ Collision - I was skeptical at first but after reading all the great reviews I decided to use them and I was not disappointed!!!!

Just want to share with all the great people of El Paso, this is an amazing business. I was recommended by a guy I don’t know. Highly recommended. Won’t lie, had my doubts. But after speaking with him for a bit, I was convinced. And everything he said, was all true. Took both my vehicles to the auto shop, and Carlos and his daughter are amazing. So kind polite and caring. Explained in detail how the work would be done. The time that was stated on when I would have my vehicles ready, was on the dot! This is business of a few generations. There grandfather and Dad would be so proud too see how the business is being cared for. Thank you Carlos and family. You all are amazing human being’s. Can’t thank you enough. I went in and requested a quote for services to be done to my car. They said they would call me by 5 pm or 9 am the next day. It’s been 9 days and never received a call or attempt to contact me. Don’t recommend this place.

I called in and scheduled to bring my vehicle in for a quote at 11:00. I showed up at 10:59 and was told I had to wait 30 minutes or reschedule for a simple price estimate. Wish I had 30 minutes to sit around during the work day! Taking my business elsewhere.

I have to start by saying JJ Collision center is by far the best auto shop I have ever been too. Mr. Diaz and his family trully put effort in building there brand and customer service. I have made the mistake for years going to the best priced auto shop and each time did not get what I expected. JJ's pricing is reasonable, but there quality of work superseded our expectations. Great communication and quick responses throughout the entire process. I highly recommend there shop for not only there quality of work but there professionalism in all they do. Thank you so much for helping me and my family.
