This company is so good, take care everything and do the diagnostic test to check where is the issue. If my semi truck broken down in NM, I will call him again! The price are good and bring me to dealership to get parts. They always find a way to make your truck moving. PS: if you want to get service please make a phone call, they gonna give you the address.

A Lifesaver in the Desert! I can’t say enough good things about JJJ Mobile Diesel Roadside. My driver was stranded in the middle of nowhere with a Cascadia suffering from two blown radiator hoses. With no other options nearby, JJJ came to the rescue! They arrived quickly, assessed the situation with professionalism, and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. Thanks to their expertise and efficiency, my driver was back on the road in no time, keeping our load on schedule. Called about 10 a.m. and was told politely that his day was full but would definitely be out next morning. Next morning I texted twice and could not leave a message in FULL mailbox. NO COMMUNICATION! Do not bother calling this man cause he does know not respect you as a customer.

We needed road service. The person on the phone said they would be able to come in 2 hours. However, after 2 hours, nobody came, and when we called to him ,he said another 2 hours,then they no longer answered the phone. wasted days dealing with this company. Do not recommend.

Called this guy for some work said he can do it once I gave him the address to where my truck was he calls the people.. cause those people are a joke and will take your money and will make up anything to keep your truck in there shop. These people will rip you off watch them.

First off when I called Luis right from the start I was impressed how he was concerned what my situation was we talked about my engine clutch fan was shot he asked what it was doing to determine the proper way to get my truck repaired Luis took care of getting the parts I needed had to have one part overnight at 08:00 the next day he called me to keep informed he was ready to get the parts when they arrived and then he came direct to me at the 108 mm dancing eagle travel center himself and his coworker Jose started on my truck and didn’t stop till the job was done and after done Luis called me to check to make sure truck was running good no doubt JJJ MOBILE IS THE PEOPLE TO CALL THANK YOU LUIS AND JOSE

its real 5 stars. i broke down on i 40 west exit 148 NM. this guy replace my truck radiator on road on shoulder. he save my towing expenses. really appreciate for his service

1. Don’t go to the address on Google Maps, cuz that’s just a residential area, no repair shop/bays. I went there & called the number. The guy on phone gave me a different address of the shop but it was too far for me (I was driving my semi 5 mph) 2. Even if that guy promises you to come somewhere - do not believe him. Maybe not always but usually they do not respond phone calls (I called 50 times) but finally reached him. The guy PROMISED to come in two hours or so to Flying J and fix my DEF issue but NEVER SHOWED UP and even didn’t answer my calls! I was waiting with load (trailer) & so it was terrible! So some of reviews are more than true… Don’t waste your time

I called and set an appointment yesterday. Told me he would be by later in the afternoon that day. “3pm maybe 4pm” were his exact words. He asked me to text him my info for the appointment and he replied so I know he received my text. I gave him an extra 24hours to contact me for no call no showing me, before I made this post to try and rectify on their own. Bad business, not reliable at all. I wouldn’t recommend at all. And if they do contact me after this point it will just be to have me remove this review. Won’t happen, sorry.

I had a terrible experience with this mechanic. He assured me over the phone that he would come and repair my truck, but he never showed up. Next day he called me since he had no job had me to cancel with other mechanic by sounding confidently that he can do job guaranteed, then he disappeared again. Despite multiple attempts to reach him, my calls were ignored. For two days, I was left waiting without any communication or updates. His lack of professionalism and reliability left me stranded for three days now, causing significant inconvenience. I cannot recommend his services due to his poor communication and failure to follow through.

Drivers had a blowout in NM. The mechanic came out and repaired the tire for $460. My driver never received a receipt from company and the mechanic stopped answering the phone and text. As the owner, I reached out to this company and did not get a response or my receipt. This is poor customer service.

Leaving Albuquerque on the 40 was going down the hill and I heard a big cracked. I pulled over immediately called loves and they couldn’t fix it bc it was a broken driveline, yolk, u joints and a brake chamber. So I found JJJ on Google a new driveline would cost $1600 he got me a used one for a good price and finished all the repairs in 5 hours. Was back on the road and everything is great. Not sure what the reviews about bad communication is he would answer his phone every time I called him and always answered texts. Overall great customer service definitely recommend around Albuquerque.
