I have been taking my cars to Premier Tire for nearly 30 years. The shop has had ownership changes but the one thing that has always been consistent is the quality of repair work performed. At first I went there because it was convenient. I keep going there because of the excellent repair work they do.

My husband and I came in for a new set of tires and they were able to do it right away. Took us about an hour and half waiting but my husband left happy!

This place is the worst. Brought my corvette in to get serviced for warranty work and they ended up keeping it for a week not fixing it and scratched up the hood and denied everything. They don’t cover their warranty and battery wasn’t connected correctly. When I asked to speak to the owner they said he was dead…They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Called and called for a quote. Angelo said he would call me by the end of the day several times and nothing. Been going there for years but no more and will not send any of my friends their way.

This shop has been accommodating since the first time I took my vehicle. They did a smog inspection on my first visit, checked and replaced broken wheel studs on our second visit and finally replaced control arms for my compact car. Their staff does their best to be helpful with each person as they walk in. They are a busy shop but are mindful and professional in my experience. I certainly appreciate the efforts and willingness to accommodate us each time. Thanks again for your help!

To JJ’s thank you for taking care of me and my vehicles. From clunkers to new stuff I pulled off the lot. I trust this shop more than manufacturer service centers because they’re not trying to sell you things you don’t need, and are much more knowledgeable in my opinion. They’re not going to sugar coat if it’s bad news, but will offer the clear cut solution.

I’ve never wanted to give zero stars in my entire life. It’s obvious this mechanic knows absolutely zero about cars. They said I needed suspension… no it was just plastic hitting the ground. They based their decision on noise instead of just looking underneath the car. They said I needed a new water pump and timing belt because it was leaking. No it was the coolant overflow that they overtorqued and broke. Hey, don’t bring this up to the owner Chris though unless you want to be threatened, berated, or screamed at in front of the shop. I actually hate this business. This business is so bad that I bought 4 tires when I didn’t have to just to not have to warranty my tires through JJ’s.

This shop is a MUST go to for your vehicle issues and problems, Chris the owner and Master Tech of the shop he wears all the hats from turning a wrench and diagnosing a vehicle straight into answering phones and being a business man ,straight back into the hood of a vehicle, he's techs are all great at wrenching, Chris NOT only checks for the main cause of a problem him and his team do a full inspection VERY detailed to catch any other issues or arising issues in the future so you don't have to come back with another problem they make sure your vehicle is 100 percent, Chris and his team are very honest and fair they are not there to steal or cheat anyone out of money , he's shop is is one of the last of the greatest he's whole team make it a great shop

Angelo was very professional to work with. I had an alignment done here, they gave it straight. I had a slight concern of it pulling right about after picking it up. Not a problem with he shop, I’ve had this happen elsewhere in the past. The difference here is: Even though they had every bay full… they were quick to throw it back out on the rack for me even late in the evening. That’s the last thing any shop wants to do late in the day, but they were committed to making it right. I appreciate their extra effort to make sure it’s not pulling and keep their customers happy. I’ll be back.

First time customer. Took my 04 Suburban in to have the AC looked at. The experience was great! Their recommendations were honest, prices were fair, service by Jeff, Angelo and Chris was awesome. Plus the issue was fixed correctly in a timely manner.

Highly recommended!! Dependable fast and quality work done. Mechanics are ASE certified. Been in business for a long time. Fees are reasonable and the waiting area is clean and the restrooms are spotless!! BUT. ... I returned 4 months later because I had a punctured tire and the mechanic told me I needed 4 more tires because my alignment was bad or my suspension was damaged. The tires went way up in price and the salesman wasn't real eager to help me with any Goodyear warranty. When I went somewhere else to get alignment done it wasnt far off at least not enough to wear that much... It was really disappointing the guy fromm JJs was dismissive and unhelpful because they lost a good customer and one that works at a auto part store who used to refer them customers....NOT ANYMORE!!

I am a senior woman who has been taking my old lincoln to Jj's for many years. The service is excellent, honest, and very fairly priced. They guarantee their work. They have treated, and taken care of myself and my car and as if we were family. For all you ladies that have been ripped off, and talked down to at other auto places, please give Jj's a try. You will be so happy you did. I know my car and I are in safe hands.

I understand why this business is so well rated. I arranged to have better headlamp bulbs for my Grand Cherokee. Chris here corrected previous advise to fit HID bulbs, and found halogen options at a lower price. He stepped in personally to make sure this happened. A great business.

These guys and ladies are the absolute BEST!! I have an old car, which I love, and needed new brakes, I was so leary of the mechanic shop rip offs in this town...but JJ's took very very good care of my old beast of a car and me. UPDATE.. AIR HEAT went out.fixed immediately. Then saw a problem I was not aware of..safety issue. Took care of promptly..very efficient! Honest. Intregrity! Fabulous! Took care of my tire immediately. Fabulous customer service. Thank you!!!
