Couple weeks ago I took my vehicle to them because they are the only mechanics that are covered under my warranty. They said they were able to fix one oil leak but my warranty doesn’t pay for the oil change that was required and they charged me $60 and some change. The other day a notice came on my vehicle saying “change oil soon “. This means my oil probably wasn’t changed and even if it was the oil leak wasn’t fixed. Complete ripoff.

They put a motor in my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and did excellent work and they are great communicators of what’s going on while they’re doing the work!!

Couldn't be more disappointed. I spent thousands of dollars on an engine replacement, only for them to do thousands more in other damages. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else. Continued - below it says they would contact me about the issue. They never called me, won't answer when I call, and refuse to speak with me further if they answer. The entire time my car was at this shop I never spoke to the owner after asking multiple times. These are the most skeevy people I've ever let work on my vehicle & I highly regret hiring this shop.

Wonderful people to deal with. After a bad experience with another shop they got my car right. Very upfront with everything that’s happening and good timing on getting my car fixed! I definitely appreciate their help. Definitely recommend 10/10

These guys worked on the timing on my car and when I got it back, shortly thereafter the car was having trouble. I thought it was due to the work they did. J&K took the vehicle back in and worked on the timing again just in case it was an issue due to their previous work (charging me nothing). As it turns out, it was a separate issue all together (transmission unfortunately). Since we have already paid such a hefty bill to have the timing worked on and water pump replaced, he cut me a deal on labor for the transmission. He even said if for some reason it wasn’t the transmission and they did the work, that he would pay for parts and labor. Stand up guy.

Brought my truck in for evaporator core replacement paid $850 got in my truck and left, the air was blowing out on my feet, brought it back told them what it was doing. They kept it for another 3 days called me and told me to come get it said they couldn’t find the part to fix it. Told me they broke the the arm on the hvac box when putting it back together. Said they would call me when they got the part in. 18 days went by with no contact that was initiated by them. They told me in the beginning I wouldn’t owe anything and they would fix it. When they found out the part was $400 they are now telling me that the part was broken when I brought it in. They said my rear air and defrost didn’t work when I brought it in which is not true it did work. I offered to split the $400 part with them but told them I wasn’t paying labor. They did not want to do that. They told me my part would cost $500 to fix what they broke. So now I’m out $850 and my air still isn’t fixed correctly. Do not use them I would not recommend them to anyone. If they break something on your vehicle plan on covering the expense yourself or it staying broke.
