Update: after taking to another mechanic the o ring from the seal was missing, the seal was dislodged and the shaft was not installed correctly, was not set into gear box fully. After changing my passenger side half shaft 2 days later it was leaking diff oil all over my driveway. Asked him to come back made an appointment the he did not keep. Mentioned he thought it could be the wrong size shaft however for a 2018 volt there is no long or short shaft. I asked while he was doing the job if he should replace the seal and he said it would be fine. After the phone call about the wrong size shaft I did some research and come to find out it's most likely the seal and should of been replaced. He then proceeded to tell me it would be another charge. I then lost my cool after this and he called me a liar and said I never mentioned the seal in the photos is how the rest of this conversation played out.

John arrived at the scheduled appointment time, perhaps it was earlier. Very friendly and overall cool guy. Service was professional and he was very detailed with information where no questions was needed to be asked, he had already covered them. I recommend this service if you’re in need of auto care, and being mobile is definitely a plus. 👍🏽

Called to get a quote for brake pad and rotor change and John was very helpful and responded in a very timely manner and took his time explaining things and even helped us save money. Definitely not the kind of company to take advantage of people I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the wonderful help they can provide.

My a/c went out on my car and I called and he was quick to respond. He explained why my a/c stopped working and explained the process involved to fix it. Definitely calling him again when I need some car repairs.

10/10 service ! I was quoted by Midas to get my serpentine belt done and told I needed to get it done as soon as I can because it’s urgent. I decided to wait a few weeks and looking for alternative mechanics with a different price and second opinion. When J&K mobile looked at my vehicle, he showed me that there was nothing wrong with my serpentine belt and it clearly wasn’t cracked. There was no need for me to get it serviced. I showed him my paperwork of a few other things Midas said was wrong with my car and he checked that out as well. I appreciate the honesty from this business. I will be using this business for all future mechanic needs🤗

Used him twice. 1st for my fuel pump. He had to replace it 3 times before he got it right. Second time with my starter. Took my serpentine belt off and put it back on wrong causing it to shred and bind up in my pulleys. Starter whines when I start it up. Was told he would replace it. Claim he got sick from exhaustion and then Covid. Didn’t bother him for the quarantine period plus 3 extra days. Asked if I could get an update but no response. Threatened lawyer action…immediate response. Took my vehicle to a real mechanic that needed to replace my 3 pulleys and my belt plus clean up $550 later it’s fixed except the starter because I’m broke. All and all I was down for 22 days. I’ll NEVER use him again. No lawyer action needed just lesson learned. Response: My pulleys needed replacing because the belt you put on wrong snapped the day after while i was on the highway. The belt wedged in them. You don’t make the parts but somehow the parts you picked up just happened to be the bad ones. You’re a supporter of O’Reily’s parts and against Autozone. I’ve never had an issue with autozone parts. If you were sick then that’s fine but I have the text showing that I was very patient and only asked you for updates and some form of communication. Should I post them?

I flew in from out of state to purchase a used car from a dealership in the area, and had J&K do the pre purchase inspection. John was prompt, professional, thorough, friendly, accommodating, and candid. He found a couple things with the vehicle that needed to be addressed, and was honest about his opinion on the vehicle. His pricing was beyond reasonable, and he made the entire process painless. I can’t recommend J&K enough!

I needed help with the fuel pump on my 1984 chevy K10. I had installed it incorrectly and they were there to save me. I was shown what I did wrong and how to do it properly, if I ever wanted to try again. I plan on having them help me again with a few other projects. Thank you, Kyle

My man John was absolutely phenomenal, responded very quickly , arrived professionally and ready for the repair.. took amazing care of my sons luxury SUV which had been unoperable for over a week and had him on the road in an hour.. made sure everything was nice and tight before closing the hood and checked all the equipment before leaving. If you want a reliable mobile mechanic this is your man. Very reasonable pricing I must mention as well… my son has a mile wide run as he’s driving to work now
