Please warn all customers not to visit J&K Tire And Auto Service. I called to get a wheel alignment, and they told me to bring my vehicle. I drove from Southaven, Mississippi to J&K Tire And Auto Service for nothing!! I'm trying to get a wheel alignment. They do not speak english at all. I don't recommend out there to get service. Stay away from J&K Tire And Auto Service.

he llevado 3 vehículos a este lugar y la verdad muy buen trabajo , precios razonables y la única ves que lo necesite respetaron muy bien la garantía, hasta el momento muy recomendado I have taken 3 vehicles to this place and the truth is very good work, price reasonable and the only time I need it they respected the warranty very well, so far highly recommended

This place look close, not sure of they were closed for lunch, or had no power. The gentleman in side did not acknowledge me so I took my business elsewhere. No personal experience with shop

Came in with a flat tire and they told me and I quote "the rubber is stuck to the rim and the wire is wrapped around the rim" and I ended up out of 200 dollars with a now cracked rim and a flat tire. I asked for a partial refund and was rudly denied. One of the mechanics named "Alex" also lied to me and said he was the owner when I asked to speak with the owner. This business is also not registered with BBB

Didn’t want to give them one star but i had no choice. Lady In front office tried to charge me $1180 to put struts that are only 150 or less on my car until I called my guy which he told me to put her on speaker phone. She takes my phone, takes him off speaker I’m assuming so I couldn’t hear the conversation as if he wasn’t going to tell me. Basically she tried to charge me double of what the labor would have been. Ladies if u don’t know anything about cars and pricing do not go here because they will try to rip u off. The sad thing is u don’t know who trust.

Los precios son estúpidamente altos, me iban a cobrar 500 dólares por cambiar dos amortiguadores que yo ya tenia a la mano solo de instalar, y luego te quieren cobrar impuestos exageradamente altos, no vayan a este lugar mejor busquen un taller donde sean honestos. Por cierto en otro lugar me cobraron 120 por hacer ese mismo trabajo

La verdad no le hisieron nada al carro ni la llanta que iba a explotar le pusieron cambiar para cobrar son muy buenos solo por mirarlo 87 dólares y según que tenía muchas piezas malas 1,700 esa gente te matan y asaltan bien suave me entregaron un recibo pero no dice cuales son las partes malas que tenía el carro ya lo arreglé en otro taller y le compré llantas nuevas y unos amortiguadores que triste con la gente no tienen humanidad por eso Diis esta mandando tantas enfermedades y muchas cosas que ban a pasar

Tried to over charge me after I had been a loyal customer..and got mad when I took my business else where bc I couldn’t afford the price he tried to charge. Then a month later I brought it back for something different and he act like he didn’t wanna work on it. Charged me almost 1,000 I paid it no problem he fixed my car. Then I brought it back a month later and wanted him to see why my battery light wouldn’t go off. He changed the cables to battery and was trying get me to buy an alternator from him so he could charge me more I told him I already bought one brand new from parts store I told his to do the cables and see if that fixes the problem and then if that doesn’t work he can pick it up in the morning from the parts store.. later that day he told me the car was ready and that I should be ok w/o the alternator I went to pick up the car the battery light was still on and he got mad at me and said I was trying to be cheap and cut corners.
