I am from out of town and had something under my car making noise. I stopped in and there was evidently something lodged and stuck under the car. They took care of it in only 20 minutes and I was on my way! Thank you so much! You guys are the very best.

I called JLM to check a a squeaking noise from my engine. I was on the road and thinking it was a belt or pulley. The noise went away after warming up. Johnathan checked it out and said the belt and pulleys were good but he said check the oil on this truck model. It was about a quart low. He added oil at no cost. Problem solved.I would recommend them to everyone.

JML Automotive is hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—the waiting room is clean, comfortable, and inviting. They got my car in for a diagnostic quickly, and I was impressed by their depth of knowledge and patience. They took the time to show me exactly where the leak was coming from and explained everything in great detail, from the issue itself to the different repair options available, regardless of cost. Their transparency and efficiency immediately won me over. I don’t know much about cars, so their willingness to educate me along the way was invaluable. The team’s commitment to customer service went beyond what I could have hoped for. Martin and his team didn’t just treat my car as another job—they genuinely understood the stress I was under and the impact my broken car was having on my day-to-day life. The entire process took over a month, but they were with me every step of the way, even letting me borrow their courtesy vehicle for the duration. I added more than 1,000 miles to it, and they never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Dealing with my guarantee company was a challenge, but Martin guided me through it with incredible patience and knowledge. He kept me updated on the progress, and his diligence was a huge relief during such a stressful time. In the end, JML didn’t just fix my car—they restored my faith in people. I’ll be forever grateful for the level of care and dedication they showed me, and I’ve already recommended them to friends, many of whom have been helped as well. This team truly goes above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough.

Our Tesla Model 3 recently had one of the parking brakes lock up so it wouldn’t move. We were going to have to tow it to Vegas (the nearest Tesla center), which was going to cost a couple hundred just to get it there. I called at least 12 different places to try and find somewhere in St. George to just look at it until finally JLM Automotive said they would be happy to help! They were able to look at it that same day and immediately found the issue. It was just that the brakes were corroded and needed to be replaced - very simple! JLM ordered parts and got it fixed within a few weeks. I was extremely happy with how detailed they were in the inspection reports and how they fixed it perfectly. We would highly recommend taking any of your vehicles here for automotive repairs - especially a Tesla!

Ive been taking my vehicles here for over a year and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! They’re always so helpful with answering my questions and breaking down the cost for me! I take both of my vehicles here and do all of my maintenance here too. They’re great people and i am very grateful that i found their shop after having a bad experience at a different shop a few years prior.

My husband and I have loved taking our jeep to JLM. We have never had any issues with taking our car here and have had extensive repairs done. My husband is greeted by name when he comes in now, everyone is so friendly! We are moving and are planning to still bring our car here when we are back visiting the area. Highly recommend and grateful for the friendly service!

This is a long review but I promise you, this comes from my heart! .. My name is Alma. JLM Automotive is the best mechanic shop in town that has serviced my vehicle. For about a year and a half since the car dealership has installed any new battery, my car had a parasitic drain that discharged my new battery and so I had to jump my car every 2 -3 days when it was parked because the battery went dead. Fortunately, I have a portable battery charger which came in handy. After several months ( almost 6 months) of going back to the dealership to address the problem, ( I even told them they gave me a used battery the first time because it was draining like crazy and I’ve never had this issue with other cars I’ve had ( I’ve driven for decades). The constant recheck and supposed fix never really fixed the problem Even on their last diagnosis ( supposedly by their master mechanic) they said the problem was caused by the driver side door’s auto lock feature which was damaged and was causing the parasitic drain & the part needed to be replaced at a hefty cost of $600. (Note: It turned out this was not the cause of the parasitic drain as diagnosed by JLM Automotive) I told the dealership I didn’t even need that car feature and asked them to just disable it but they said it couldn’t be disabled. After that I decided that I won’t go back to them anymore. I went to another mechanic shop on Bluff St. which supposedly had good reviews online. This shop, despite having had them service my car 2 times so they could diagnose the problem and get it fixed, they likewise acted like I had no recourse but to just either go back to the dealership or use a charger ( powered by solar) to charge my car everyday when it is not in use. I put up with this parasitic drain problem for more than a year and I tried to drive my car around town when it has been idle for 2-3 days. Whenever it still gets discharged I would use my portable charger to charge my car everytime. Supreme inconvenience I would say and as you can imagine! I’ve researched this issue for quite sometime and when I finally went to JLM Automotive, the first question I asked was “ Do you know how to deal and diagnose the cause of a parasitic drain?” Martin, who was at the desk at that time provided me with answers which coincided with what my research said about this issue and which are the areas or causes that should all be looked into. Knowledgeable, honest, transparent auto repair shops are few and far between. This is why I say “Thank Heaven!” for JLM Automotive! I’ve been praying for a nearby shop in whom I would feel confident that I am dealing with a professional, transparent and a reasonably priced mechanic shop. A mechanic shop with a mentality of not taking advantage of women ( which is a common problem encountered by women, as well as the elderly or the young and naive) from mechanic shops. I am very happy with the honest treatment, customer service, knowledge, repair & pricing that I received from JLM Automotive that I’ve been telling neighbors, family & even my chiropractor about them. I would highly recommend them because like me, everyone is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, transparent/honest mechanic. I have confidence in them. I have not been happier with how my car is running these days and how it is ready to go without the constant fear of losing a charge after it has been idle for 2-3 days! We want JLM Automotive to be well-known and to their wonderful, pleasant and customer-oriented staff (Martin, Cassidy ( who gave me a ride home while my car was in the shop for a day & picked me up after it was ready), & one other gentleman (they all serve you with a pleasant attitude) .. and of course to their knowledgeable, professional & transparent mechanic staff who service the vehicles I am thankful for the great & reasonably priced service I got from you all. I am rooting for you. We all need a great, customer-oriented, reputable, transparent & reasonably priced auto repair shop. We want you to thrive & your wonderful reputation known far & wide.

I am a single mother who knows automotive shops can take advantage of me, but I had a 100% positive experience. The owner was upfront, professional, and honest. It was clean and had a real family atmosphere. I feel he went above and beyond to help with my teen daughter's vehicle, and I look forward to using JLM's services again!

I have had 3 of my vehicles services by the JLM Team and they have done a fantastic job on all 3! One of them was in need of extensive mechanical work with a model car that proved to be problematic with certain warranties. The story is way too long to lay out in a review, however, JLM was very helpful and proactive is working with me to get everything fixed, installed per manufacturer specific warranty specs, and cover items that were not expected. I am truly gratefull for the amazing job they have done. I highly reccomend their services. Thank you JLM!
