This shop is truly special. We are new to town, and we have already found our shop for life. These guys went so far above and beyond in everything you could ask for. We had something come up last minute, and the shop was extremely flexible with getting us in, and still turned around a fast check up! Truck was having issues right before leaving on a trip. They got me in that morning and spent two hours diagnosing. Turned out to be a fluke with the security system with no action needed. Instead of charging me a couple hundred bucks for hourly labor like other places it was on the house. Stand up guys and very friendly. Would give them my business from here on out based off that experience

Love these guys!! Brad is always super helpful and never makes me feel like an idiot if I’m unsure what’s wrong with my car, sincerely could not recommend them enough!!! Super good at communicating when there’s an unforeseen issue and reasonably priced for great work!

Jacob was awesome but the new owners are kind of jerks. They wouldn't honor the warranty on work done by the old owner, and when I asked to just take a look they wanted 125 bucks and told me it was unrelated to the job the shop did before change in ownership. Then they ignored me when their phone rang without any semblence of courtesy or etiquette. Took it to a different place and they fixed it for free, JM didn't plug everything back in which is understandable but if you're gonna gaslight me about why it's not your fault and ask for more money get bent. Jacob would have done right, you guys should do better.

Oi vey! Where do I even begin? We (me + multiple family members) have been taking our vehicles here for years and every time we have received top notch service, fair pricing, friendly attitude, and all in a timely manner. Brad goes above and beyond with whatever we ask, and doesn't push unnecessary work. More than auto repair, but peace of mind, especially as our daughter learns to drive. Thankful for such a trustworthy place is an understatement!

This is the second time that I've used them. My daughter's Jeep needed to clutch. They were able to get to it the next day. It's been running great. They were fast with the repair. I would recommend them.

Went in for a routine oil change and found out my oil level was left at the bottom marker. I found out by hearing engine rumbling and fixed it myself. After confirming their mistake, they apologized but didn’t offer anything in terms of a refund. Seems like an honest shop, but I probably won’t return if something this simple and potentially destructive can go overlooked.

I was stuck with my two kids and not a single mechanic in town would even look at my car which was leaking fluids by the gallon. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he explained that they were completely booked but to go ahead and bring the car by. This garage was literally closing and they waited for me and fixed the problem in minutes. They were honest, professional and completely empathetic. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone in Colorado Springs or anywhere for that matter. Great experience. Thank you so much guys! You’re lifesavers.

This shop has great customer service however the fact they don’t warranty any used work really stinks. we just paid 8000 dollars for an engine to be replaced and have only had it two months if that and it’s broke down again due to engine problems so now have to pay even more money to fix a problem we thought would be fixed with replacing the engine. we paid more money to replace the engine than we got miles out on it before waking down again

To sum these guys up with 3 words- fast, friendly and fair! I brought in my wife’s car for some long overdue maintenance and AC repair. The day I brought it in they diagnosed and informed me they needed to order a compressor for the AC and it would be there by the next day. I figured they'd need a couple days after that to get to the car. The very next day all the work was done and my wife’s no longer getting hot boxed on her commute. They exceeded our expectations and their pricing was fair which is a rarity in this city, we couldn't be more satisfied!

Amazing experience. Would 100% recommended going there. I had check engine light coming up in my car. It turned out to be some gas cap issue. These guys just tightened it and I was on my way. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostics to check for the codes!! It was all done within 10 minutes. Very cool and honest people. Loved it.

If you are on the fence on where to get your car worked on, here is your best bet. I was able to get in for a diagnosis and my car repaired all in the same day. They are very straight forward and honest guys helping the community. Definitely will be a regular customer from now on.

First off no words to explain (Brad)… I called in a pinch not knowing what to do as me and my fiancé just got into town from Florida and the very low temperatures here in Colorado had me scared about my antifreeze for the vehicle and I wanted to do a coolant flush and reset, he assured me he’d love to take a look at my vehicle and when I asked the very important question of “can you get it looked at today” he replied and said give me one second .. then he said of course I can squeeze you in my schedule. Coming from a plumbing trade professional I already knew this man was dedicated and wanted anyone and everyone’s business. I brought my vehicle in later on and he was right off the bat super friendly and right to the point of what he was going to do. He ran a pressure test and did a few more diagnostics and let me know that he wasn’t going to do a coolant flush as he didn’t deem it necessary to be done and said he topped me off and I was ready to hit the Colorado roads… and guess what.. AT NO CHARGE he gladly took an hour out of his day to insure me my fiancée and our 6month old daughter would be safe on the roads. Again coming from another trade professional I’d highly recommend this man he’s very honest and wants nothing more than an honest dollar. If you or anyone ever needs any work done please give BRAD at JM auto a shout and I’m sure you’d feel the same way.

Cannot recommend these guys more highly. Repaired collision to steering linkage and ball joints, struts etc. under the car. Fair pricing and honest dealings. Amazing in this day and age!!! Highly recommended.

Incredible service. They were so fast and kind. We were in town and had a battery terminal issue. I gave them a call and explained that we were in town for vacation and only had the one vehicle and really didn’t want to leave the car all day. They had me come right in and took care of the issue. The owner, Brad, was super kind and the price was excellent!!! Totally satisfied and would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone with an emergency issue in town on vacay. These are the types of businesses that we should support. They are honest, skilled and kind.
