Joel is honest and fair in pricing their services and our repairs are done in timely fashion always. I had my truck towed to this shop for them to diagnose a crank but no start. Truck would crank and even start with starting fluid. After they looked at it for a day I got a call from them saying the engine was bad and it was locked up. I arranged a tow truck to pick it up and take it to another shop since it was cranking over just seconds before being dropped off. The second shop also told me the motor was locked but said that there was not a drop of oil in it and instead some sort of stop leak that had locked the motor up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Just a follow up on your response but like I said the truck cranked over prior to being dropped off at your shop and had oil, after picking it up and taking it to a real mechanic found out there was no oil in the engine but there was stop leak that locked my motor up. And yea I paid otherwise wouldn’t have been able to have a tow truck pick my truck up since you didn’t fix it.

Returned the Uhaul rental under the mileage stated at the beginning and also with a full tank of gas, no damage 9 hours later-still got overcharged 50$-seriously you didn’t think I took pictures?? Ha!

This is the kind of shop your grandfather told you about from the 1950s. Family owned and friendly. They remembered my name and more importantly, my story. Our van, which is the only vehicle my kids all fit in, was quickly repaired by them. Because I don’t have a way to be picked up, they recommended a local business I could work from and when I was done I sat in their lobby for a while. The whole time I sat there, I saw numerous folks come, older folks who would be easy to take advantage of but instead they are treated well and respected. This is the second time the JM Team worked on my Lincoln MKZ. This time required a long search for the right part. And when they found it, it was VERY expensive. Well Joel went to bat for me with the insurance company who covered it! I'm telling all my friends and coworkers to go see JM when they need help with their ride.

Took way to long for repair. Truck was returned needing a alignment bad. Didn't connect back parts that was taken apart. Over all bad experience.

Was also referred by someone at Valvoline (last year) and yes, they seemed to do a good job and even stayed late to get me in because they were behind. HOWEVER, my catalytic converter was stolen off of it, they told me they aren't responsible-they had it on camera-, and that it would be $500 to fix it! A/c has not worked since last season. Hopefully they will fix it for free as they supposedly offer a 1 year warranty on that repair. We'll see. I hope to be back to increase their rating!!

We have worked with JM Auto previously and they do good work. It is always completed at time promised and price is reasonable. If you're looking for good people and good mechanics, the workers are helpful, courteous and respectful and I appreciate that. Looking for a good place to park your vehicle when it's in need of attention and you need back as quickly as possible, JM Auto may be a góod answer for you.
