I've never met such a group of men that was so friendly and courteous. They joke with me like they've known me all my life. This was my first time visiting this establishment. I went on my lunch break for an inspection and I was in & out in no time. This made my Friday.

Ripped me off on front end alignment..took in twice..second time I dont even think my car moved from where I left it..wheel looks exactly the same..never go back..matter of fact I know it didn't move because my car the seats go all the way back when you cut it off..all they did was reach through window and move seat up..never even cranked it..these people are liars especially john the manager..found out they also ripped off my nephew..changed motor mounts but only did one..the easy one..don't trust these people they will lie to your face....now it's worse if my wheel breaks I'm taking all recipes and towing and repair costs to court..

Guys, in a state of despair these guys became our heroes. Our truck decided to delete the water pump leaving us stranded. We managed to change it out right there along with the thermostat and it was still over heating! We managed to get it to these wonderful ppl and he fed it and burped it and so far she's holding! Thank you guys sooooo much! Always the Alaskan family!

I can't praise this place high enough! Wheel fell off our trailer, shearing off the lugs. Took it to a trailer place who wanted to replace the spindle and hub for over $2000. Took it to JNB where they dropped everything, pressed out the rest of the lugs, found some they had, put them in all for a little over $200. Got us back on the road in time for us to get where we were going in time. The guys were super freindly and knowledgeable. If I lived in the area, I would take my vehicles there for everything and I recommend them to anyone who does live in the area!

Service was excellent and very timely. They were going to look up and order a part for me before my trip but didn't. Could've at least called and said they couldn't find it or whatever. Otherwise fantastic service.

Paid over $1000 for complete a/c replacement less than 14 months ago and the compressor went out and because we didn't produce a recipe we was charged $270 for labor and recharging, we have taken our vehicles there for over 5 years for various repairs and expected better customer service when something goes wrong and should be under full warranty . I guess a long time customer is not worth keeping over 1 hour labor as a warranty job, will not return to this mechanic shop and will no longer send anyone his way.

These guys are awesome.Our sons car broke down just outside Corsicana. We had his car towed to their shop .All busi ness was done over the phone .after diagnosing the car needed a motor.Bobbyy gave us a price .fixed the car and stuck to price . Now we live longview so none us Ever met face to face until we picked up the car. Three weeks later our son car is running great with no problems. They know how to treat people.
