I had just purchased a vehicle from a dealership and wanted it looked at it to make sure that everything was good on it, as I had only so many days to return it. I sat there for HOURS while they inspected it (I saw them "working" on my car when they were only suppose to be "inspecting" and when I questioned them they said they were doing a "full inspection" of my parts, etc. They told me that I would need new motor mounts in about a year, and struts but everything looked fine. I noticed RIGHT AWAY driving off the lot that my car was not driving as smooth, I started hearing a clunk noise almost immediately and it NEVER DROVE THE SAME after this. (I had drove my car for DAYS before taking it to this shop). Less than 6 months later I take it to another shop and the other shop says I need new motor mounts and struts ASAP (as that's where the noise is coming from). I could not get it fixed right away however because I ended up having to leave the state for quite some time and my car sat and was not being used. I come back and use my car for a few months and getting quotes to fix just the motor mounts alone are over a thousand dollars from what I'm being quoted from multiple shops. I had just bought the damn car and I've barely driven it!!! I will never take a vehicle to this shop ever again, as I don't know why my car drove completely different once I took it to this shop. I have only driven my vehicle a few thousand miles since getting it!! Thinking about contacting the city about this.

I took my Jeep Wrangler for tire alignment, and they did not disappoint . They found a minor problem and pointed out that they needed it to fix that first before the tire alignment. I can say my car feels great. Will be definitely going back. It's not easy finding an auto shop you can trust. .. The best part is that they are less than 5 minutes away from my house 🙏♥️💪 Thank you, guys.

It was a great experience. They did a great job a third of the price at where I went before and also gave a military discount. Always good to get a Couple quotes. First quote was 1000. There’s was under 400. What definitely go there again recommend them highly.

Lo and behold, an honest and ethical auto repair shop does exist. Nobody believes it but I do now. J-N-J was amazing in every way and was the first mechanic that didn't just lie, cheat, and rob me in 30 years of driving history. I would recommend them to the entire world if I can. They really should be recognized for being the exact opposite of what society views in auto mechanics. Well done team. I will NEVER go anywhere else nor will anyone I know. ✅Well managed ✅ Through techs ✅ Trusteorthy ✅ Realistic ⭐️ I’m not from here & decided to take my car to Mitsubishi when I had some trouble. They sat on my car for 8 days and finally got back to me with a high quote. If you want to know the story on that for entertainment purposes, please stay tuned to my review on that. Dropped off my truck without appointment and ask if they can get an alignment done if I leave my truck all day. They said should be a problem. They had a veh in every bay, but I got a text saying it was ready just 3 hours later. Picked it up drove it home and it tracked perfect. Very happy with JnJ.

These are the nicest people ever. Competitive rates and does fantastic work. My entire cooling system broke down twice and they completely fixed it! I can't say enough about this business. They took over the spot where Pepboys was on 35th Ave and Cactus in the strip mall on the northwest corner. Check them out for your repairs!
