Take all 5 of my cars here and have always been satisfied with the excellent services they provide. Even on my classic car he spent three months looking for a heater control that is not manufactured anymore and got my system up and running again. Will continue to take all my vehicles to them, I trust what they tell me and they have a great staff.

Honestly? The best mechanic in Colorado Springs. They constantly put the costumer first. Always upfront about what needs to be done and how much it's gonna cost and they do everything in their power to make sure you drive a safe vehicle that doesn't cost a million dollars to fix. 100/10 recommend. Ramiro's my boy.

A Honest shop with down to earth management. Ramiro has exceptional customer service. One mechanic came into the waiting area, acknowledged me to confirm that I was helped, then they offered me a drink while I waited.

I think the 1 star review before mine is terrible for someone that works so hard for his customers. I worked with the current owner prior to him having this shop. He always has put the customer first. One thing the previous post did not mention is that you are given a loaner vehicle if your vehicle is being serviced and is expected to be held for numerous days. I have had my car serviced there several times and was offered a loaner each time, whether it was a simple oil change or something severe. I would not take my car anywhere else, his rates are affordable even with inflation. And what shop do you know, (mom and Pop or otherwise) that's going to give you something to drive while they work on your car? Would and have highly recommended Jnr Automotive to family and friends.

Took my car in for a simple fuel pump, held my car for three weeks as I was constantly calling but the "wrong part" kept coming in. Then the wiring needed to be redone. Then the engine compression was too low and needed replaced. Three more weeks passed and now the wrong engine came in. I refused any more labor and demanded my car back. It was and has been running perfectly for over six months with the original engine

I got in car accident in Jan-5 they took good care of me. They made sure to give me updates on my car to let me know how long it will be and let me know how the repairs are going. I would recommend this auto body.

Not only was Ramiro extremely helpful but very knowledgeable when it came to my issue I thought I was having a cv axle issue and turned out to be loose bolts on my front splash guard. I would highly highly highly recommend J.N.R Automotive Repair specially now a days where not only is hard to find good honest repair shops cause finding a good auto repair shop is not expensive it is priceless!!!!!

Ramiro recognized the urgency for serpentine belt replacement and scheduled me the very next day. The repair was quick, affordable and detailed. I’ll definitely be bringing my 2012 Nissan Versa back to Ramiro.

Great service! I came in for an axle replacement for my Tacoma. What other shops wanted to charge upwards of $800, this shop was able to do it for less than $500. Not only were they able to help me with the issue, they were able to help me with another issue almost free of cost. Also, they fixed my awkwardly hanging license plate without even asking and without even charging me a single thing for it. They took the initiative to make sure I left the shop in amazing order. This is customer service at its finest.
