Customer beware! I bought in a kia optima to this place and told him if he can change a sensor on a rear wheel. He told me that it isn't that and it's an abs module of $800 to repair. We he doesn't know if that a previous mechanic was suppose to do the work but his car broke down. He is Haitian and is probably taking ad vantage of the the people in little Haiti I waited for the other mechanic to fix and charged me parts and labor $120. We Joe forgot was when I asked him how he was doing he told me business was slow. So he charges 9 times and tell you it's an expensive part when he know that if he was diagnosing the problem which he didn't and noticed I wouldn't have maybe pickup on the fraudulent work he tried to put on my car. Client beaware!!!! I am a little mechanically inclined and he didn't know I work with scanners. But if you are a lady or he thinks he can take advantage he will. An then charge you for more and smile at your face making you think he did a service to you.

I was very impressed with my experience at Joe's Auto. I needed new brakes asap and Joe was very helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did the necessary repairs and had me out the door in great time. To top it off, he charged a very fair and reasonable price. Joe is a great mechanic and a true gentleman!

I was referred to this shop by a co worker. Unfortunately, you can’t pay with a debit or credit card which I was not aware about until after the services. I was told to bring the money the following day; though, I wanted to pay then. Mechanic was initially pleasant and told me to bring it that next day.No time was ever confirmed. I was completing my Saturday errands. The owner called me in the middle of an appointment and I told him I would call him back. Minutes later the mechanic tells my co worker I lied and said I paid when I did not. Even after stating I was on the way I started getting unknown calls.I will no longer be using this service. If you want to be harassed for 100, lied on and mistreated as a customer feel free to use their services.
