As a business owner, I understand you need to make a profit to stay in business. When you sacrifice customer service it is a different story. We have had fleet cars repaired here before with satisfactory results. Today we had an appointment that was scheduled after we went in person last week to get an estimate for a fleet vehicle, the staff could see the car and had an opportunity to look at any vehicle insurance information involved at that time. When my driver arrived today, the staff refused to get give an estimate due to the insured’s insurance “not being one they have experience” dealing with. It would have been nice to know that fact last week and before 2 trips and wasted time was involved. I recommend that anyone considering using this location do your homework and ask questions before you schedule an appointment for an estimate.

Ultimately, this is a reliable and trustworthy body shop that will leave you with a professional product. I had a no fault collision that they were able to quickly repair, leading me through the insurance claim process with ease. There were some hiccups with regard to timelines communicated to me via the receptionist, but the manager was extremely responsive and professional, making sure the team communicated the new timeline. My only feedback is for the receptionist - she is very kind and polite, but please be more read in on the status of the vehicle so you can give intelligent and relevant updates to customers. Every question I asked her was answered with something to the effect of “I’m not sure but I imagine so (sic)”. Also, please give conservative timelines and keep customers apprised to changes >24-48h out. Overall, I would do business with this organization again after the manager made a concerted effort to make sure I was satisfied with the repair, timeline, and communication.

Pitiful. Was told a week. Took nearly a month. Lie after lie. Called corporate. Coward wouldn’t return call just sent it to a new manager to call me. Overspray on front fender. Won’t be back.

Joe Hudson's did a great job repairing my Tundra. Repairs were completed 4 days earlier than expected and my truck was even washed and tires shined upon pick up. Staff was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. I am an insurance agent and like to see this kind of service that is available. I will definitely recommend them to my customers in the event they have an accident.

Brought it in. Told them i need it repaired. They got an estimate. Didn't schedule me like i wanted them to, told them to specifically schedule me. Called insurance a month later and they didn't have me scheduled. 2 months out before i can be brought in. Terrible service. Do not use.

I had my car repaired at Joe Hudson's Collision off Champion Blvd in Birmingham, AL after I was involved in a severe accident. Keaton was the Estimator, and this man knew his stuff. He went the extra mile to assure my car was fully taken care of and treated it as if it were his own vehicle when doing my Estimate. This was my first accident and Ashley was so informative in regards to sharing information with me about the process with them as well as the Insurance company. My rental car was waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my car to be fixed, and I had a seamless experience. The tech who worked on my car did an amazing job and they shared that they have very talented techs that have won awards for there amazing body repair work!! Everyone in the office was so friendly and kept me informed while my car was in their possession. I’d recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

-5 Stars. My mother was in a car accident around June 16th, they came to pick the car up June 20th, and it is now July 25th and the car still isn’t fixed. Every time she follows up, she is given the runaround. First, they said it was a $5,000 fix and it’ll be done in less than 30 days. Nearing the deadline, she calls again. They told her that it will be an $8,000 fix and it will be done by next week. That week is this week. She had to return the rental because her 30 days were up and now they’re telling us that the week after this one the car will be ready. They claim they ordered the wrong parts. The back bumper was hit along with the exhaust and tail light. Please do not go here. Based on the other reviews, you probably will not have your car for months. I’m starting to believe the same will happen on our end.

If I could give less than one star I would. This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever dealt with. I have had a part "on back order" for over 5 months with no communication from the company and no time line on the parts arrival! Every time I call the company the just give me the run around telling me they will "reach back out with more information" and I have never once heard back from them. If you are still looking on where to send your car stay clear of this location!
