I greatly appreciated the ease and relational quality of our communication. Despite their number of adverse reviews, I genuinely believed that my car and I were important to them and that they cared. The negative perspectives had to be misunderstandings because the team I dealt with at JHCC was great and deserves an opportunity to serve anyone in need of their services. They do not withhold Stadium Auto Body Life time warranty. Which in my opinion should be at least they could do. Advice not to go there for service.

Formerly Stadium Auto Body, I've had auto body work here on two occasions. I found it to be expensive and somewhat slow, but high quality. They had connections with a paintless dent repair guy who did a great job removing a dent in my door for a fair price. Unfortunately, they have a policy that does not allow you to bring in your own parts, which led me elsewhere for my most recent auto body repairs. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is using insurance to cover costs. Never sent to voicemail, prompt communication, makes the process painless. Pay in cash or prepare payment in advance, many payment methods incur a large %fee.

I had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly, Lily is just the best! I was kept up to date on the status of my repairs. I did have to take my SUV back a second time to get some things fixed but they did not hesitate to look at the items I was concerned about and get my SUV back in and get it fixed. Overall I’m very happy with Joe Hudson’s Collision.

Highly recommend! They do a fantastic job! They kept me updated with text as well as phone call. My car was ready a day before my target date. When I received my car back it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Inside and out!! The inside smelled like a brand new car again. The people here are so friendly too!

2 stars ONLY because I feel the work done on my vehicle is quality. This business gets 0 of 5 on customer service. My vehicle came in contact with a deer. 52 days this business had the job. I would not recommend this place nor will I EVER use this business again. Manager stated “he didn’t need my business.” Also, the front desk associate kept harping on a payment which had been dispersed weeks before. All around HORRIBLE service. For anyone reading this review do yourself a favor and dodge this headache.
