If I ever need any work done on my truck again are my car ,,,Joe Hudson got my vote these guys did a great job. They go over what you need and then complete the job the way they said they would. I really don't have enough words for a job well done. Thank you guys from my heart.

Terry and his staff were amazing! I had a scratch on my car from the car wash facility and they fixed it in less than an hour. I was only going for an estimate to take back to the car wash facility but Terry asked if he could get one of the guys in the back to try and repair it right quick. Heaven sent staff!! So extremely grateful for them. Please reach out to them for all your collision repairs. They did an awesome job! Thank you Terry and the rest of the staff there. I greatly appreciate you all! Unfortunately wasn't a good experience at all. In other words, it was a nightmare. We dropped our vehicle in April 2023 and got it back in November 2023. Our vehicle got stuck during the transition from Bebrick Collision Center to Joe Hudson's. They gave us tons of excuses, they never called you back and when you call they lie to you. We spent time from work to visiting them to follow up. Don't get fooled by the 4.6-star reviews... those are when it was Bebrick. We don't recommend this place at all and don't even tried to contact headquarters, they don't even care. In the end, when they gave us our car, it was completely airbrushed with clear, even inside of the car. Also, the new rear bumper was scratched and they told us they were going to call us to change it. Three months has been passed and I never heard from them. Worst place ever.!

If I could give more stars I would! Just had to stop here for repairs after damaging my scrape plate and they got it done incredibly quickly and efficiently. Not to mention 10/10 customer service and hospitality :) very thankful for their help and definitely recommend choosing them to help with your car.

My vehicle has been there for 9 weeks. I do realize they do have to wait on parts and such. Even though I was told 30 days maybe a week more. I do realize they had to wait a week before my insurance got back to them on the estimate. My complaint is that their customer service sucks on keeping you up to date on how things are progressing with your vehicle. I have had to call them twice very time. I was told my roof would be in on a certain date and they would call and let me know if it came in and if there was no damage to it when it came in. Here we are 13 days later and I haven’t heard a word. When I made arrangements for them to do the work it was Bebrick and since that time it changed to Joe Hudson. I was also told approximately 30 days for repairs. Not sure if any of the original people from BeBrick are there but I’m thinking not. Everyone I have ever dealt with before I haven’t talked to since. Just beyond frustrated when it was supposed to go in June and it didn’t go in until mid September and it’s still there. I have tried to be polite and respectful. Now my give a damn is busted. I had made one payment on my vehicle before the hail storm. Now I feel like I am paying for excuses. Walking 7 miles to work each day truly sucks and they do not care nor does insurance after the 30 day rental runs out. 12/20/2023 I finally got my vehicle back!!! Keith was very apologetic about everything. I do get a lot of it was out of his control. They did a excellent job on repairing my vehicle and went above and beyond to make it look good. They just need to work on keeping the customer in the loop more on what all is going on. Apparently, my insurance company was being difficult, and I had no idea. If I would have know, the insurance company would have been getting a phone call from myself.

Update regarding owner response: Insurance has paid over 11k at this point and has verbally said they will pay the remaining $1200. The 12k bill after 3 different adjustments is absolutely ridiculous for this repair anyway. Also, rather than getting supplements approved before repairs they waited to get this adjustment submited until a day after repairs were complete. It is even more frustrating that when I called the week before and Keith told me the repairs would be done Wednesday, Thursday at the latest, he somehow forgot to mention that I wouldn't actually be able to have my car then since they hadn't even filed for the supplemental payment yet. ____________________________ Left my car there in the last week of April. Repairs were not complete until now (first week of September). The final adjustment was DOUBLE the initial estimate and they made no effort to update me on progress or changes at any point. Luckily I called to check in June because they hadn't even started working on it. I've been calling at least weekly and have gotten the same speech as well as timelines that have been grossly underestimated. In July they promised that since the estimate was fixed the repairs would be done by the end of July, first week of August at the latest....here we are in September... It is worth noting that my car was drivable when I dropped it off. Only the bumper and blind spot sensor had to be repaired or replaced. Honestly not worth $12,000 and 4+ months without a car. I'll check my own blind spots. Insurance paid the initial estate and two separate adjustments. Now they wont let me take my car until insurance approves a third...This whole process honestly feels like they are just committing insurance fraud... Excuses for the delay that have been recited to me: - Joe Hudson bought Bebrick and there was a back log of work from the old company (playing catch up) - the person originally working on my car left the company - the estimator with Bebrick did the estimate incorrectly (which they didn't notice or adjust until August??) - the current manger (Keith) has only been there about 2 months and isn't responsible for the mistakes of the old management Two months in, I was sympathetic and understanding. Three months in, I was confused and frustrated but still polite. Now I literally do not give a damn about their excuses I just want to stop having to take an Uber to work. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Joe Hudson Collision Center. They kept us updated regularly on the progress of repairs. They were all friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of automobile repair. As an added bonus, when the vehicle was returned to us, I was please to discover they had noticed and repaired the rubber strip on the driver's door that kept coming loose.
