Excellent to work with, done right the first time with lifetime warranty. Highly recommend this shop. I’ve used them twice now, once in Galveston and once in Waxahachie. I did not know that they had scores of locations. Should the need arise they will be the one I would call on.

Quick service, small office so you deal with the same people, which is great! Vehicle repairs completed quickly and Melissa kept me up to date with status. Thanks to Lisa she gave me a ride to pick up my rental.

I was rear ended in my truck. The accident caused over $9k in damages. Joe Hudson’s team in Waxahachie were amazing. They communicated timely and regularly through out the entire repair process. The work completed in my truck was top notch. The passenger side bed quarter panel had to be replaced. All of my body lines match up perfectly. You can’t tell by that any repairs were needed. I would recommend them to any friends and family.

Above and beyond service! They called and texted to make sure I was informed and when I had gotten my vehicle back, they cleaned the mess on the inside that my children had made and I didn't have time to clean!

Joe Hudson in Waxahachie was awesome to us! The staff was very nice, they took our vehicle and finished the repairs sooner than expected, keeping us updated the whole time!! They went above and beyond after repairs helping us with another issue on the vehicle that has nothing to do with the repairs needed! Highly recommend!!!

Receptionist is nice but has 2 brain cells she scheduled me an appointment for cashing out for an insurance claim about a week went by until my appt. Yesterday I called to ask a bit more questions and the same receptionist had also mentioned to me it could take about a week for the estimate to be done and then I would be able to pick up my car and cash out. Here we are today I went in and was confirmed at the door that I went in to cash out to then get told that they wouldn't be able to help me at all complete waste of time. No regard to clients taking time off their day to do these things. Drove off with my own car and had to cancel the enterprise car progressive had gotten for me. Hence delaying an already delayed process with progressive to get this case settled.

I recently took my vehicle for a accident repair and it took about three weeks to retrieve it back and when I received it the passenger window was damaged The service adviser was assuming that the damaged was already there before I turned in my vehicle. I've explained to them that the damaged on the window was not there before and I had to showed a video right before I've turned it in. Then I had to wait to speak to the manager the following week. I am really disappointed to the service that I've received by this company.

This shop has truly done an awful job repairing my car. My son dropped it off and not only did it take a week longer to repair a rear end accident job, they did a successful job making matter worse. The car is now not operational and has tons of electrical issues. Prior to them the car had NO known issues. After the piss poor job of repairing the trunk which is where the battery is located as well as some main fuse boxes, was filled with water. Every time it rains, the taillight fills with water as well as the trunk. This shops manager started pointing the finger and is not wanting to own up being at fault. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to repair a toy car. HORRIBLE CHOICE!!!
